Yes please! I'm on the other current pre-boot camp lchf thread and have been low carbing since 4 Jan and haven't cheated woo hoo!!! I think I am eating too much though and need to refocus if I'm going to keep losing weight. I've lost approx 8lbs since starting (maybe more but haven't weighed for a few days now).

Name added therefore I'm signed up! Have dabbled with this before though not stuck it out. As well as weight loss, this way of eating makes me feel so so much better - sleep, energy, massively less bloated, less 'claggy ' feeling in mouth / throat. And my skin!! Oh god it's the main reason to do this.

Hello please may I join you? I lost loads of weight on this about 4 years ago and kept it off pretty well until the last year and a half where it has all crept back on again. I've kept starting to diet and then failing, have done this consistently pretty much all last year - it's so depressing. I would really appreciate the support of boot camp to keep me on the straight and narrow!
