I've been LCHF since Boxing Day 2015 and I love it ... thank you BIWI. I lost around 2 stone by August 2016 but despite carrying on LCHF I've not lost any more weight in the last 6 months. My BMI is now 23 so did I plateau because I'm about the right weight? I've stayed with low carb because it is so easy to eat this way (I travel a lot with work). Like wineandrosesagain I'm also struggling with memory and am wondering if it's age, baby brain (youngest just turned 2 though!) or because carbs are too low (generally

If you're not losing weight, and you have a BMI of 23, then it would suggest that it's going to be very difficult for you to lose any more, without losing muscle - which you really don't want to do!
If you have a wobbly tummy, it's probably something that would require some toning? It's difficult without seeing you, obviously 
You can stay on LCHF, but I'd be worried about you eating too few carbs - why not try adding a few more carby vegetables? You don't have to suddenly add in bread, pasta or potatoes!
Re the training and low carbs, I'd suggest that you have a read of 'The Art & Science of Low Carbohydrate Performance', by Drs Volek and Phinny. That should put you mind at rest.

Thanks BIWI - I've just ordered the book You're right I definitely don't want to lose any muscle! My scales packed up a couple of weeks ago so I ordered a new set from Amazon - they measure fat and water % via bioimpedance so you can see how body composition is changing even if weight isn't - all for the bargainous price of £9.99!
I was wondering about doing the 30d shred for toning - might help the wobbly tummy - I'm a typical apple with a teeny tiny size 8 bum and a big muffin belly - my waist is 31" which is the same measurement as my chest 
- does that give an adequate mental image?! My trousers are always falling down because even if I put a belt on it's still wider at the belted bit than the hip/bum bit so the belt and trousers slip down iyswim? My DP is always threatening to buy me a pair of braces I might need to accept that I'm nearly 40 and go on the hunt for some high waisted mummy strides...

Perfect timing! Can I join again too please? Was just grumpily reflecting that thought I had done really well on the run up to Christmas (two stone gone in three months) I have lost only 5lbs since New Years. I still have stacks to lose
