Me please!
I started LCHF after my son was born in summer 2015. Since losing the baby weight I've been eating low carb ish for over a year. It works brilliantly to keep me from gaining but I HAVE got into bad habits this winter. I'd like to reign it in again, but with half term coming up I know it will be a challenge

Can I join too, please? I started the blood sugar diet 5 days ago, not sticking to the 800 cals, more around 1,000 each day, but have list 7lbs in 5 days. Was looking for threads on here about blood sugar diet, but Boot Camp sounds great.

Thanks wombattoo. Been faffing around trying to lose weight for ages but not really committing and not really losing. So, I fully committed to low carb, lots of different meals to shake things up a bit, and now feel really motivated to continue because of the great initial weight loss.

Nipping in to give credit where it's due. The lovely, long time almost invisible low carber Sayrra is setting up the spreadsheet for us, as she always has because I can't manage it but I will update weights for those who can't. Just a reminder for those who do go on the spreadsheet - please do not touch the blue cells. It causes chaos. Thanks

Hello everyone
I've been very absent from the last few BC, but now I'm back! Was away mainly because 2016 was a very stressful year with job difficulties (me), ill health (oh), unemployment (OH due to medical incident), tragic death of a friends 20 year old brother, house renovation etc!
My otherwise LCHF eating went totally out the window and I started 2017 weighing more than I ever have (243 lbs).
I decided that enough was enough and 2017 would be a good year. I started back on LCHF and since the 4th of January I've lost 13lbs
I've also booked myself in for a pole photoshoot in April 
, started training more seriously for it and bought myself a beautiful outfit to wear. I will look fabulous no matter what I weigh.
This year is already looking good, I faced my work issues and I am much happier at work now. OH has a job on a local farm and his new medication means he's been seizure free since August (reason he lost job). House is pretty much done so we can relax in the evening instead of working.
And, my wonderful friend who lost her brother is now engaged AND she asked me to be her bridesmaid
I will try very hard to keep up with the thread though I've only got my phone now as laptop died.
Can't wait to get started, good luck to everyone!
