Two beef burgers with avocado, garlic mayo and tomatoes for lunch, no brekkie and I've had had roast chicken, skin on and some green salad for dinner.
Did the gym today too, I don't get flu like symptoms, I do get tired about day four though as my body adjusts then I bounce out of it. I'm a bit of an old hand at low carbing.
I do get bad breath but only on days I don't eat enough. I still have black coffees when low carbing and also Coca Cola Zero.
I've been low carbing since August, three days off at Xmas, 23/24/25 Dec , then went back on it on 26th Dec and then 31/1/2 January off again, now back on it as of yesterday. I will stay on it now till I need to don a bikini and go on hol in early Feb.
To be honest I only need to lose about half a stone inc Xmas weight, as already lost a good two or so, but basically this is a way of life for me, as if I eat carbs and sugar, I find it difficult to stop.
