Morning all.

The Spreadsheet of Fabulousness for you all

So this weigh-in might be a bit testing for you all (not least because I can see that there's some struggling cheating going on).

Remember that weeks 3 and 4 are notorious for the lack of weight loss, so if this is happening to you, don't panic! KOKO and things will get moving again soon. Honestly!

But that said, it's also important to remember that we have only been doing this for 3 weeks. I know it probably feels like a lifetime Grin Hopefully you've settled into low carbing, and you should be enjoying your food, without any sense of deprivation that a low calorie/low fat diet can often bring.

Why not go and have a read of the recipe thread (stickied at the top of the Bootcamp topic) for some inspiration for something different to cook this week? That way, you'll keep your interest going and it will help to keep you on track.

Good luck, and here's to a successful week Flowers

Welcome Xmasfairy I have duplicated your weight in the column for last week so it will track your weight. If you are not intending to weigh again tomorrow, I will moved it to tomorrow's day (hope that makes sense)

Just weighing in tonight. I'm off to Norway for a meeting first thing so won't have a chance tomorrow... I've stayed the same. Again. OMG this last stone or two is really a nightmare to lose! I lost the first lot so, so quickly that it's a shock to be like this last couple months. I'm going to consider a fat fast or something, not sure. Will get this busy few days at work over and have a think then. Hopefully my saggy tummy skin will catch up and firm up a little bit with all this staying the same! Grin

Good luck everyone

So, I've boiled me some eggs for brekkie. I'm usually a carby breakfast kinda gal, so will need some ideas on how to get around that!

What can I have with my eggs?

BIWI · 20/11/2016 20:44

You don't need anything with them! However, you could mash them with butter and/or mayo?

I don't think 2 eggs will cut it for breakfast!! Mashed with butter?! Sounds different!

Survived the weekend, with a few slips - nothing major! Dinner party on Saturday night but most of it was surprisingly low carb and nobody noticed me discretely leaving the potatoes/crackers/bread, but I did enjoy the wine...

So, yesterday:
B - 2 fried eggs, spinach, bacon
L - smoked salmon and cream cheese, hb egg, cheese
D - tapas style starters: prawns, chorizo, olives, anchovies, meatballs, ham; cod and chorizo stew, (some pudding let's leave it at that) and lashings of cheese

Today
B - 2 hb eggs and butter
L - meatballs, tomato sauce, cheese, leeks and courgette
D - leftover butter chicken with Savoy cabbage in butter
S - a handful of almonds, babybel, coffee and cream

I feel slimmer but period on its way so I expect I may stay the same tomorrow - good luck for weigh in tomorrow Smile

Thank you BIWI. I will just keep it for emergencies- can't be arsed to cook days.

Yesterday- breakfast- 2 scrambled eggs with goats cheese and smoked mackerel, cucumber
Lunch- 2 roast chicken thighs with mayo and cucumber
Dinner- roast lamb, buttery broccoli and beans

Water and tea, approximately 2.5l

Today breakfast- 3 scrambled eggs with cheese

Lunch- chicken breast, avocado, egg and cucumber with mayo- I have run out of salad leaves as it turns out

Dinner- chicken with veg again or something along those lines

Xmasfairy - by the time your body has adapted to low carbing, which will happen in the first couple of weeks, honestly you'll sometimes be wondering if you even need two eggs!

But the secret, especially in the early days, is to add plenty of fat, which will keep you feeling full. So mash your eggs with (full fat) mayonnaise, or butter.
