Morning all!

for the last time this Bootcamp, is the Spreadsheet of Wonderfulness

I hope that this Bootcamp has been successful for you. I have to say, it's been one of the most trouble-free Grin

I'm certainly carrying on, and with a bit more focus Blush given that we now have a holiday booked in 11 weeks time, that will mean I need to be ready to don a swimsuit.

NSV: I have just tried on both my size 18 swimsuits, one a Miraclesuit. Both of them are much too roomy round the boobs now. And the Msuit really isn't tight enough now to hold in the belly. I'm refusing to buy more before holiday though, maybe next time when I can get in a size or two smaller. Will just have to hope the girls behave themselves and don't pop out!

SestraClone · 27/07/2016 10:03

Made a yummy broccoli & chicken bake last night, very filling!

Plan for today is pesto mayo chicken salad for lunch and slow cooked braising steak and veg for dinner.

Finally lost the "festival food" gain, and an extra pound so woohoo!

BIWI · 27/07/2016 10:20

Sounds like you've really got the bit between your teeth Wilf! Great going.

Breakfast today was more yoghurt - except Tesco full fat Greek style, which is a bit more carb heavy than Total, but all I could get today - with some chopped brazil and macadamias, and some vanilla extract.

Lunch will be out with a colleague who is vegan - the worst possible combination with low carb! But there's a Spanish tapas restaurant near here, so that ought to work.

And dinner tonight will be sausages roasted with halloumi and veg.

Place marking as haven't had a chance to check into thread for a bit. Have been away at in-laws (never easy as MIL is VERY controlling about food - almost pathological). No scales here, but clothes still feel loose. I suspect no losses, but no gains either (but guessing). My hols is late August so keen to KOKO and stay in touch with other LCers…

Well done to all those with impressive weight losses - inspirational.

boldlygoingsomewhere · 27/07/2016 10:34

NSV today - work blouse which I couldn't do up the buttons on without the material straining is now loose. Smile

I seem to be almost in a pattern of just 2 meals most days. I will eat the third if I'm hungry but a lot of the time I find I'm not that hungry. I'm having a good breakfast and lunch at work and then no dinner or at most a very light snack. Non- work days are more likely to be lunch and dinner as we eat as a family.

lasttimeround · 27/07/2016 12:31

I think Im down 3 pounds again. Delighted. Late to the tabel and cant add to spreadsheet as phone is kaput. But thats 11 pounds in 8 weeks (I started late) whcih is really quick for me.

Well done everyone, and thanks BIWI

WilfSell · 27/07/2016 14:00

MAil order skinny prosecco here. www.31dover.com/thomson-scott-skinny-prosecco.html

I don't work for them honest!

Not cheap but only 7g sugar per litre. Not sure exact carb count but imagine close to that? If anyone manages to find a cheaper low sugar bubbly please let me know!

bettyblueeyes83 · 27/07/2016 15:51

I'm having the same problem with my swimming costume and most of my bras, Wilf. It's a good one to have in the grand scheme of things, although a bit risky for public swimming!

I had an SV today: despite having a weird food day yesterday (see below) I weighed in this morning at 159.9lbs (down from 162.8 as my final weigh-in on Monday)! It's the first time I've seen the 150s on the scale...well, ever, because the last time I weighed this much I used to use stones and pounds. And it brings my total loss to over a stone since start of BC. I know I'll probably bounce back up and not see it again for a bit, as that tends to be what happens, but it was very encouraging and made me feel I can perhaps get to 155 or even 150 before my hol at end of August. I can't believe I'm here when I spent sooooo long before going LC stuck in the mid-170s and not losing consistently.

Yesterday's food (evening went a bit odd because wine)

B: Eggs with butter, avocado, black coffee
L: smoked duck caesar salad
D: almond milk protein shake with berries, flax, and spinach; halloumi and avocado (what I could be bothered to make when I got in after pub)
S: almonds, iced black americano, white wine spritzer with soda water x 2, pork crackling

SestraClone · 27/07/2016 16:31

I'm wearing a pair of fitted trousers that I couldn't get past my thighs 2 months ago

bettyblueeyes83 · 27/07/2016 16:41

Swit-swoo Sestra

wombattoo · 27/07/2016 16:50

Looking good Sestra Wink

MaryThorne · 27/07/2016 19:39

That's great Sestra! Smile

Checking in after a busy couple of days.
Today's food:
B: a couple of coffees with cream
L: lots of meat and a bit of salad - went out to lunch at a new Rodizio restaurant around the corner from work (essentially Brazilian style all you can eat salad bar and spit-cooked meat)
D: not sure if I'll have anything when I get back from Pilates as I'm not really hungry yet after lunch!

bettyblueeyes83 · 27/07/2016 20:07

Just catching up with today's food while I remember:

B: two scrambled eggs in butter with avocado, coffee with cream
L: EAT lemon and herb hot chicken pot with slaw
D: Mayo Parmesan pork chop with celeriac mash and broccoli
S: two small chicken skewers, fried halloumi. Pretty stuffed now but will have some yoghurt and blueberries later if hungry.

Rest day from exercise today, but met my move goal on Apple Watch.

Veryflummoxed · 27/07/2016 20:31

Smilewell done Boldly and Lasttime and SestraClone

L picnic of lamb and olives.
S lamb and olives (what I didn't eat at lunch)
D dressed avocado and leaves with fried prawns, halloumi and mayonnaise.

wombattoo · 28/07/2016 16:49

Hi everyone.
I've failed food wise today and eaten crap. Think I am still in holiday mode.
Back at it tomorrow

lasttimeround · 28/07/2016 19:08

Super low day today
B - egg and coffee
L - 2 eggs
D- chicken in spinach and coconut milk

I might still have a fat bomb but then again currently not hungry

Veryflummoxed · 28/07/2016 21:17

Today was
L leftover prawns, haloumi, leaves and mayo.
D bacon chipolata sausage roast cauliflower and broccoli, mushrooms.
S 1 strawberry. My first fruit since the start of Bootcamp. (Delicious)

bettyblueeyes83 · 28/07/2016 21:32

Ooh I've had a bit less abstemious day than than you two.

B: two scrambled eggs in butter, half avocado, black coffee
L: smoked duck Caesar salad
D: red Thai curry chicken thighs with coconut cauli rice, half avocado
S: iced Americano with cream, almonds, Greek yog with blueberries, macadamias, coconut flakes and vanilla

Gcalgske · 28/07/2016 21:46

Today I had black coffee and water on waking. At 12 had bacon (1/2 a rasher, I have an adorable 3 year old bacon thief 🤔) plus two eggs fried and mushrooms at a cafe for lunch. Added a couple of pats of butter to the eggs.

Dinner as pictured. Cauliflower couscous. Shallot, garlic and mushroom stalks fried in lots of olive oil till browned, then added 1/4 a large cauliflower processed fine and a sprinkle of smoked paprika and roasted for 25 mins. Will do me two meals. Made up some skewers of pork belly, shallot, cherry toms, mushrooms and a tiny bit of red pepper. Brushed with olive oil, garlic and lemon and roasted too. Yum.

boldlygoingsomewhere · 28/07/2016 21:46

Well, for the first time since boot camp started I had a digestive biscuit with my lunch. Regretted it soon after as it sparked a headache! Can't decide if it's the sugar or the wheat which causes it as I haven't had any bread/pasta at all since starting bootcamp and I'm reluctant to try. Never thought I'd say that as I was a bit of a bread addict!

DoingItForMyselfAtLast · 29/07/2016 07:20

After a VERY long week I am delighted to report I have reached the 2 stone mark! I am afraid to go shopping, even though my jeans are too big Confused I'm not sure if I will be much 'smaller' if you know what I mean. I have definitely lost around my top half, but still sporting a 6 month pregnant belly. I really want to have lost 2 dress sizes around my lower half, but fear the folds have not relinquished power just yet! And I'd be desperately disappointed if I've worked this hard and lost two whole stone, only to be down one dress size. Maybe I'm being irrational Blush Anyway, might leave it another week or so to go shopping. TOTM is also fast approaching, so feeling a bit if bloat from that...

FarelyKnuts · 29/07/2016 07:33

Updated my last two weeks, have mostly been away from Mumsnet as I am at the hospital 90% of the time, my mother is dying of cancer.
But despite the crappy choices on offer in the hospital canteen, and the stress, I still managed an overall loss of 8.9% body weight and 20lb during bootcamp! So very pleased with that.
Am going to try as best I can to keep it up.

DoingItForMyselfAtLast · 29/07/2016 07:41

Sorry to hear about your mother Farely Flowers
My post seems such self-indulgent twaddle in the greater scheme of things.

Well done on your weight loss!

bettyblueeyes83 · 29/07/2016 07:59

Well done Farely, that's amazing in the circumstances and Flowers for you and your mum.
