Morning all!

for the last time this Bootcamp, is the Spreadsheet of Wonderfulness

I hope that this Bootcamp has been successful for you. I have to say, it's been one of the most trouble-free Grin

I'm certainly carrying on, and with a bit more focus Blush given that we now have a holiday booked in 11 weeks time, that will mean I need to be ready to don a swimsuit.

Still on track here, but it is hard! I desperately need to do a 'big shop' but have been so busy this week - has meant some 'interesting' meals but still LC - mostly stuff from the freezer tarted up with herbs and spices then added coconut oil or butter.

Had a BPC this morning for the first time in ages, rather nice and kept me going until lunch!

Counting down to Monday!! I am entertaining on Saturday night but I'm going to try and do as LC as possible. Except the booze of course...

Today:
B - BPC, 2 babybel
L - chorizo slices, cheddar, a fried eggs and some bacon
D - king prawns fried in coconut oil with shallots, leeks, cauliflower and curry powder. Was fab!
S - 2 babybel, some peanut butter, coffee with milk (I've run out of cream Shock)

Hope you are all having good weeks!

Still doing OK as well. Yesterday was meat of various sorts, salad, veg with butter, am trying harder with the water. Because I'm finding cold water even harder at this time of year I've taken to drinking cups of boiled water instead of tea every time. This is easier. I have had a downward shift this morning weight wise. SmileStill three pounds up on my end of bootcamp weight though. However I am aware it could be a lot worse so quite pleased with myself. I can't wait till Monday. Thanks BIWI.

I am getting a lot stricter as I have been eating a lot of things like nuts recently and 2cm have gone back on my waistline Shock . Looks like I will be doing proper bootcamp, although still not weighing in. No scales!

Another day doing ok. In fact I think I forgot to eat all day. When I sat down to dinner I could not remember having had anything already. Anyway....

Dinner. Courgetti boloignais. With cheddar and Parmesan.

Snack. A desert spoon of FF Greek yogurt.

Hi there!

I'm still around.
How is everyone?

I did stick to the whole 10 weeks, but was on holiday for the last so feel as if I've missed out on the final week.
Was there a party? A celebration party? Wink

I just wanted to say thankyou to BIWI and everybody else for supporting me on this bootcamp.
It's been a revelation.

I've never eaten such tasty food in my life.
My carbs have crept up a bit, and I've been cutting down on fat to compensate and surprise, surprise, the food doesn't taste so good Sad
So I am going to start low carbing again fairly soon, because
a) The food is tastier when fat is added.
b) I feel healthier on LCHF woe.
c) For the first time in over 10 years, I finally managed to go below my 'stall point', weight wise.

My plan is this.
I'm going to proceed for the remainder of summer on a low (ish) carb diet, but I won't be too strict with myself.
Then I will be rejoining you lovely lot on the next bootcamp, to keep me on the straight and narrow.

Namasta! Bitches!
This is Imstyledilemma, reporting for the last time until next bootcamp
Over and Out.
(said in best nerdy 'Ripley' voice Smile

Hi all sorry but I've not been able to read the thread, had a manic few weeks as it wa my 40th yesterday and our 10th wedding anniversary on Saturday, lots of parties drinking and celebrating...I have though gone from 10st2 to 9st8 in the 5 weeks I did boot camp and to be honest only 3 of those were gone properly! I've been pretty much sticking to it though and have found it fairly easy, I am not going to weigh myself this week as the birthday cake 🎂 and wine 🍷 Will no doubt show up but I will be strict next week and weigh then. I've also been half marathon training so racking up 10 ish miles a week running and about to start hiit training and swimming, which has meant I think that the wine and cake hasn't shown up as much as it could...the main thing is I feel great on this woe and can't see myself going back, someone up thread meantioned having a more settled stomach and I definitely have found that, I know when I've eaten bread etc as the next day my bowel feels awful, bloating etc, so it makes no sense to keep eating as I was! I am at a healthy bmi now and with the running I'm not sure I'm likely to lose more weight but I'm hoping I might bring my fat % down as it's high at 34%.

Checking back in as I was on holiday for the last couple of weeks. While I was away I relaxed a bit and allowed the carb creep and now I look very bloated again! So cross with myself especially as I relaxed around bread. I wanted to see if it made a difference if I ate only fresh bakery bread rather than supermarket market stuff. It didn't upset my stomach but it has put weight on and that's only with having it once every few days. I think I have to accept that bread can only ever be a treat food for me but it's hard as I do like fresh bread. Sad

Still, time to get back on it properly and be stricter with myself.
