Morning all

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness once again

A horribly busy week for me, so apologies if I'm not around quite so much Sad

I hope the scales have been kind to you, but don't forget to take your measurements as well.

Hope you all have a good week

Just been catching up with the thread. Congratulations work! And Cider, good to hear only one more treatment Flowers

Food today
B - BPC, tea with soya
L - sausages chopped into courgetti fried in butter and a dash of cream. Parmesan on top. Lush!
D - roast chicken thighs and roast veg (fennel, shallots, courgette, red pepper)
S - 2 babybels, from yog and cream with 3 strawberries, coffee and cream

Phew! What a couple of days! Early morning train to Leeds yesterday for work, 3 x 2 hour work sessions, finishing at 10 and then was driven back to London (long distance taxi service), and got to bed at 2.40am! Up at 8.30 and at my desk by 9 (working from home), then out at 12.30 for another 3 x 2 hour sessions, finishing again at 10. Just home now. And it's still only bloody Tuesday!

I'll draw a veil over what I've eaten today as it's not been good - but based on what was available rather than what I had planned.

Food today has been weird.
Black coffee
Raw cabbage and radish and a bit of pulled pork
Bit more pulled pork with coleslaw, too much crackling
85% choc

Feeling relieved as after 2 days strictly back on BC, I've not only lost the 1.6lb I've put on but also lost a further 1.6lb. I'm still not as low as I was in week 2 but I think that's probably down to the different scales I had then which I think were about 3lbs out (give or take!). I have been making sure to drink all my water, I'm sure it does make a difference.

Hope people are having a good week. KOKO to those who are struggling.

StuntNun · 15/06/2016 07:08

Two days back on the wagon and I'm feeling much better again. Time to KOKO and get the scales moving downwards again.

Pisseslikeahorse · 15/06/2016 07:14

hello and good morning on this sunny day Smile
Salmon, mushrooms, avocado, few toms and 3 eggs with cheese all followed by allot of black coffee....

Im back to starting weight, off the running but in the pool and feeling good.

Rather irritated as my weight has been static for 2 weeks. I was raving about this WOE to DH this morning over coffee and he said - 'ah ,but are you losing any weight?' in a rather pointed way. I lost a couple of kilos straight off and since then have plateaued, but I am assuming the weight loss will start again at some stage. Gradual is fine by me. In fact, better than yo-yo-ing around, but hope I'm not deluding myself and all will be well.

If the truth be told, I suspect I'm snacking a bit too much and being overly generous with my portions….

princessconsuelabannahammock · 15/06/2016 08:11

I dont weigh in but i think i have had a whoosh. I tried on one of my standard everyday tops and its def loose around the tummy and i feel tighter and thinner - yay. However i tried on one of my dresses for my up coming holiday last night and it is still too tight and i have exactly 2 weeks left, so less dairy and uber bootcamp for me.

Today will be

B- BPC and half an avocado
L- Tuna mayo on lettuce leaves
D - Metazza with spinach salad

As much water as i can manage and cycling later

stilllovingmysleep · 15/06/2016 08:18

For those of you mentioning metazza: what is it?

Veryflummoxed · 15/06/2016 08:24

stillloving meatzza is pizza only it has a mince base - so meat pizza. There are several recipes on line, not sure if there's one in the recipe thread. It's on my list to try only dh does the cooking and I've yet to convince him. I think it sounds delicious.

Veryflummoxed · 15/06/2016 08:25

Well done pisses and breakfast looks good.

flyright · 15/06/2016 08:38

notdead my DP is also making a fuss about actual weight loss. What do these people want? Smile

I think it's on its way and will soon be evident. And it is - like you - related to the presence or absence of snacking. More specifically the nature of said snacking.

But I'm on it now. Last weeks gain gone. Now tackling actual new pounds to lose.

WanHeda · 15/06/2016 08:38

I posted a recipe for meatzza on the last page of the recipe thread.

flyright · 15/06/2016 08:40

BIWI that's some schedule!

LaserShark · 15/06/2016 08:44

Even though I'm in Week 4 and fell into the carbs on Sunday, the weight really seems to be coming off. I've dropped the snacks and reluctantly abandoned the nuts. I think they were getting a bit problematic.

CiderwithBuda · 15/06/2016 09:33

Morning all!

15th and final session of radiotherapy done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mammogram, call back, second mammogram, biopsy, diagnosis of DCIS (Ductal Carcinoma In Situ), surgery to remove area, second surgery as they didn't quite get enough of the margin around the dodgy bit, and 15 sessions of radiotherapy later I am feeling extremely grateful and fortunate.

Have your mammograms everyone.

Off for coffee with a friend and then a facial.

Biwi - your schedule sounds exhausting!

WanHeda · 15/06/2016 09:38

Well done Cider, what a roller coaster!

stilllovingmysleep · 15/06/2016 09:49

cider fantastic news!! Such a relief

laser yes I do think nuts can easily become problematic.

Glad to say that now in week 5 I'm also seeing more significant weight loss. I do agree now that I've gone through it that weeks 3-4 are awful for stalling / plateau (i do wonder why though?). Anyway happily now I'm back on track.

Veryflummoxed · 15/06/2016 09:54

"Pisses* you inspired me to have proper breakfast this morning. Ive been a bit "grab something quick" then snacking later.

stilllovingmysleep · 15/06/2016 09:58

Is that your breakfast veryflummoxed? Looks delicious.

nekobus · 15/06/2016 10:00

Cider that sounds like quite an ordeal, well done for getting through it and hope you don't have to have any more treatment.

I saw a meatza type recipe which was made by latticing (is that a word?!) strips of streaky bacon together. I'll see if I can find a link!

princessconsuelabannahammock · 15/06/2016 10:03

Well done Cider - enjoy your facial.

Wanheda, you post the best recipes, cant wait to try a few.

Metazza is lush, very filling and low carb, much better than my failed attempts at cauliflower pizza and it feels like a treat. It also gives me something different to do with fatty mince other than bolognaise -y type thing.

nekobus · 15/06/2016 10:05

here, I'm going to try this!
