Morning all! I'm excited to see what the scales are telling everyone this week - it sounds like we've had some great results so far!

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness

Here's to another successful week

Whoever not however

CiderwithBuda · 23/05/2016 08:56

OneMore - I was just about to ask if anyone knew of anything lower impact than The dreaded Shred! Have seriously dodgy knees so struggled hugely with the Shred. Off to look for the other one. Thanks!

SayrraT · 23/05/2016 09:02

somuch weeks 3 & 4 are notorious for stalling (either no weight loss or even a gain). You seem disappointed that you've lost 3lbs in 3 weeks, that is a perfect amount to lose for steady sustainable weight loss.

If you don't have much to lose then your weight loss will be slower.

RoundTheBend · 23/05/2016 09:03

Morning all Grin I am down 2lbs but I am highly delighted with that. I did not have a good weekend at all so to found I have lost is amazing.

Tonight I have my daughter's birthday dinner so will be indulging but from tomorrow it will be all systems go!!

CiderwithBuda - currently on Freeview (either Channel 17 or 25) before 8am in the morning is the shopping channel and they have "Slim in Six" for £19.99 (plus p&p) which is a low impact exercise programme. I have bought it and intend starting in earnest tomorrow.

Xoticdreamz · 23/05/2016 09:06

Morning . I am 4 lbs down and really pleased with that .
Great to see the scales going in the right direction for lots of people .

lisbapalea · 23/05/2016 09:15

6lb down which is fab! Mind you, I think my week one weight was artificially high after some ridiculous over indulgence the weekend prior, so I am looking forward to seeing how much I can lose now that I am on a more even keel.

Really hope I can get below the 12st mark by next Monday.

Well done everyone on the great losses from this first week - KOKO!

BagpussOhSagpuss · 23/05/2016 09:17

lisbapalea
That's my goal too.....we can do it, good luck !

lovelycuppateas · 23/05/2016 09:21

STS, but that's because I was away this weekend and found it hard to get bootcamp foods. Quite relieved I didn't gain, tbh. Well done to all those who have done so well and KOKO for me and everyone else!

Mookbark · 23/05/2016 09:28

Well done those that have lost and KOKO those that haven't. Flowers
I've lost 1.8lbs, which I'm really pleased about as this is my second week, so I've lost 5.2lbs in the two weeks.
I'm definitely less bloated, too, and my tummy doesn't stick out quite as much.
Food today will be:
B - crwamy coffee x2, halloumi and olives
L - leftovers from yesterdays dinner, so pork, crackling, mashed celeriac/leek, broccoli and roasted cauliflower with my meat juice gravy
D - Either fish or black farmer sausages, i haven't decided yet.
s - spicy chai latte

SociallyAcceptableCookie · 23/05/2016 09:31

What does KOKO mean?

CiderwithBuda · 23/05/2016 09:36

Keep on keeping on I think Socially.

Round the Bend - thanks for that - will have a look but have just ordered the Jillian one for £5.87 on Amazon.

SociallyAcceptableCookie · 23/05/2016 09:37

Ooh I like that. KOKO everybody!

Pisseslikeahorse · 23/05/2016 09:41

Well done all of you. I'm up by 3lb but I was a twat on Saturday so am suffering the consequences, will shift it by next week.

poorbuthappy · 23/05/2016 09:43

Marking place by saying 3lb off (as I said on the other thread)
Happy as I don't feel that I have deprived myself as the meals are so lovely!

blackteaplease · 23/05/2016 09:52

There are some amazing losses this week. Well done. I will update spreadsheet later when I have the laptop on. Here's to a good second week!

Wintersea · 23/05/2016 09:56

Please could some lovely person put me down at 168
Thank you!
(Not sure why I can't edit the file...)
Only a llb down but I weigh in stone and llbs then convert and as I can't be doing with fractions of a llb, my weight on the scales will hv to go down from 12st to 11st 10 before I hit 167llbs (if that makes sense!)
Anyway, a llb off which isn't a lot compared with some of you amazing losers but my clothes definitely fit better and my stomach is so much flatter so I'm keeping on!
habe a good day everyone!

StrawberryLeaf · 23/05/2016 09:58

Cider I really recommend Beginners shred, it's like shred but lower impact so good for anyone with joint pain. It's a great place to start need to take my own advice and start doing it again!

Mookbark · 23/05/2016 10:03

Wintersea You have confused me easily done
12 st = 168lbs
11st 10lbs = 164lbs
So I don't understand where the 167 comes in, sorry probably just being dense, but I don't want you to short change yourself.

Wintersea · 23/05/2016 10:03

I've got that Slim in Six roundthebend (if it's the one with a very smiley American woman doing squats, lunges and arms with a pink band!) you're supposed to do it 6 days a week and hv only managed 4 in the last 10 days but I'm doing it this eve!)

monkeyfacegrace · 23/05/2016 10:03

1.5lb on for me. However, I'm not on my first week, I've been doing this a while, and I had a very planned night off on Saturday. What will happen is I will lose 2lb next week, so I'll be 0.5lb down overall iyswim.

My only slight issue is that im on holiday for half term. I can't decide whether to have a week off and eat as much wine and chocolate and pizza as I can shove in my face, or whether to stay strict. What would I enjoy more, being slim or a week off.....

sos1993 · 23/05/2016 10:03

A pound off for me. Wine and crisps over the weekend. Yesterday I had a really good bride through the recipe thread, so week 2 will be more fat and less cheese and cream, which I know from first bootcamp makes my weight loss stall. Onwards and downwardsSmile

sos1993 · 23/05/2016 10:04

'Bride - read

Mookbark · 23/05/2016 10:06

monkeyface If I had a week off, it would then turn into two weeks, then a month, then...you get the idea. I guess you know whether you can have a week off and then get right back to it or not. As you've been doing it a while, it may be easier, I guess.

Wintersea · 23/05/2016 10:06

Did online conversion... Is it wrong?!
