Morning!

Here's the SoF for you to confess all

So we move into the second half.

By now, those of you who have been here from the beginning should be hitting your stride, and be more comfortable about what to do, what works/doesn't work etc.

Let's really focus and concentrate on doing it properly.

Good luck!

Really sorry to hear of people with frail parents etc Flowers

I have awful diarrhoea today. Have tried to eat a bit but it went through me in about half an hour. So just trying to keep fluids up.

The oopsie bread looks fab though! AuntMaggie have you lost much of your appetite? Sounds like a good plan.

Unfortunately FIL died this morning Sad.

It was, at least, relatively painless and swift. And DH is already there with his MIL.

Can't weigh in this week as I'm away skiing.

However, dinner in the chalet last night was pretty Boot Camp compatible, and I even avoided the amaretti biscuits Wink and had some cheese without bread or biscuits. The slow cooked pork belly was absolutely yummy! Grin

Tonight's looks similarly compatible, although I'll have to pass on the puy lentils.

hammer can't see that anyone replied, yes leek / turnip are ok but check carbs on turnip. Some are higher than others.

stunt I do love five spice duck but I also love it simple with just salt and pepper. If you want to go a bit more adventurous juniper berries and red wine are good?

cloud misssmiley oopsies and cloud bread are the same thing, the lassie who invented them (Jamie sal van eaton of 'the lighter side of low carb') called them oopsies as they were a mistake. Cloud bread came out a wee while later and is the same recipe but doesn't usually give her any credit. I'm not their biggest fan, bit eggy IMHO. They make decent French toast though if fried in enough butter. Grin

shouldiblowthewhistle I have lost some of my appetite. luckily I don't have to leave home super early so can have a decent breakfast ratherthan something I can eat on the train. there should be salads and stuff not just sandwiches so I'm told so it may be I end up eating carbier veg than usual but will steer clear of bread/pasta/rice... shame I don't like tuna as there's bound to be tuna if they have baked potatoes!

Aunt Maggie loads of water is my solution to that. Keeps me going for longer than I could otherwise. Quiche without the crust is a good option if they offer that. Good luck!
