Morning campers!

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness

I hope it was a good week, and I hope that those of you who have been suffering from carb flu are starting to feel better. Remember, keep up the electrolytes - sodium, potassium and magnesium. Which means firstly that you have to make sure you're getting plenty of salt - so salt your food during cooking and add salt to cooked food.

For potassium, you could also consider Lo-Salt. Good foods for all electrolytes include salmon, avocado, spinach and full fat (of course!) natural yoghurt.

A note about weighing in

If you're a daily weigher, you have several different options. You can either just record your weight every Monday (or whatever regular day of the week you choose - I am going to start weighing in on a Saturday, because my trainer records my weight as well, to keep me on track!).

Or you can record the lowest weight you achieved in that week

Or you can average your weights and record the average.

Whatever you decide, I hope it's a positive result!

First major crisis.

We are out tonight for a Burns Night thing.

Menu is Haggis, Neeps, tatties etc and cockaleekie soup!

There is no other option.

that's without the wine and pudding.

I think I'm just going to go with Haggis and swede and hope for the best.

Nigellas, i use the dr oetker pot of vanilla pods in a grinder that was recommended on here a few bootcamps back

I'm another who cannot exercise. Wheelchair user - just about manage to set my fitbit to 2000 steps a day which is just hobbling around the house. I have started weekly hydrotherapy and very small sessions of pilates, but its not what most would call exercise.

momofgirls · 27/01/2016 15:53

wand. I have to say I'm using my Nutribullet less since starting this woe.

I would normally have a spinach and banana shake with almond milk for breakfast. I can't find any all veg shakes that I like.

BeyondBootcampsAgain · 27/01/2016 17:35

Chester, you need some of this tea.

MollyRedskirts · 27/01/2016 17:54

Don't do it, Chester! I've had those thoughts too. It's not worth it and it won't help you in the long run. Stay with us!

Wombatinabathhat · 27/01/2016 17:57

Chester NO, NO, NO. SW is full of artificially sweetened rubbish. You know you'll be sorry Wink
If you are really that desperate have 1 square of green and blacks find a sweet tea Thanks

HammerToFall · 27/01/2016 18:00

Logging food
B - slice of belly pork fried in butter
L - baby elephant, ham, cucumber sticks and a bit of cream cheese
D - belly pork slices and salad

A bit overboard on the belly pork today but the steak I had planned on cooking had gone off! Hope I haven't had too much fat in the pork.

DartmoorDoughnut · 27/01/2016 18:01

I've been very good today BIWI scared me Grin

B- omelette with a bit of cheddar
L-burger with cheese - no bun! - and side salad - no dressing!
D-left over roast belly pork with mayo and lots of salad - cucumber, celery and little gem lettuce

Almost there on the water too
