Hey
I'm starting again on 5th Jan, just about to go through recipes and meal plan as for me, when I fail to prepare I prepare to fail!

project I don't drink either or anything, use this irst two weeks of BC to try and find alternatives for stress-relieving/relaxing. Part of BC is to help change our habits and help with our various addictions to different carbs.

On my first BC (January 2014) I had to try really hard to find alternatives to eating, I used to go and have a nice relaxing bath every time I wanted to eat chocolate! Or paint my nails, then I couldn't do anything for a bit. Having something warm to drink (just hot water) can help me with cravings, if you post on here daily then there will always be someone around who can help or who knows how you feel. A lot of us have been there before or even if not they will be sympathetic Smile

Thanks SayraT. I would love to break this habit. There's a saying I remember reading somewhere "When you really want something it feels like the easiest thing in the world". I don't think it applies to everything, but I feel like it does here Smile

So after 2 weeks I've lost a total of 2lb...Hmm I've been really good the whole time. No cheating. I'm going to give it a go for the next two weeks and then if that doesn't rally start to shift things then I may have to try something else. Last time I low carbed the weight fell off me. I did get my period yesterday so that might account for some of it. I'd lost more weight 5 days in...
See you on the BC thread and hopefully I'll be feeling more positive.

Mootime Why not post your menus and we can see if there is anything you need to tweak? Are you drinking enough water and having enough fat?

BeyondDoesBootcamp · 19/01/2015 09:43

Moo, are you weighing every day?

Heres my graph for the last two weeks.... Today i weighed the same as at the start, but yesterday i did weigh my lightest. I think my start weight might have been 'falsely' lower than it should? I need to weigh daily as i have, lets say "digestive issues" Blush

But anyway, my point is, if i'd just weighed today i would have stayed the same, but thanks to daily weighing i know i am actually going in the right direction. So if you weighed yesterday, perhaps you would have lost more than 2lbs??

And so long as i am going in the right direction, im not bothered by it being slower, as its so easy :)

Is there a bootcamp thread starting today?

mootime · 19/01/2015 16:45

Ready. Yes bootcamp proper starts today.

Beyond, I was weighting daily til last Monday and then I put them away for a week. I feel like I've lost loads of weight and people are commenting so it's v strange. Anyway, I feel like that's bee my trial run and then now I'm on it full throttle. My biggest problem is the water. Although the fact that the DC do not let me sleep can't help...
