Beyond
My immediate observation is that there's a lot of processed meat going on in your menu. Not that I think this is likely to impede weight loss (as far as I know!), but bear in mind that we're trying to eat food that is as unprocessed as possible on Bootcamp
sat
B - leftover celeriac dauphinoise, coffee with cream
L - bacon and fried egg, with mushrooms, fried aubergine 'toast' and avocado.
S (emotional eating but did resist the chocolate) marmite on cheese, avocado, pepperami. Another coffee with cream
D - beef, leek and mushroom casserole, with broccoli, as planned. Stuck a squirt of marmite in it, instead of the wine.
This looks OK in terms of quantity and fat, and would seem that the carb levels would be appropriate - but there's a fair bit of dairy going on here - in the dauphinoise, the coffee, the cheese
sun
B - avocado and ff greek yoghurt, coffee with cream
L/D - carvery, mixed meat, mashed swede, carrots, cauli cheese, french beans. Then i had pudding blush
Again, some dairy - could be worth considering cutting this out for a day or so. And definitely avoid the carrots. And pudding?!
mon
B- smoked mackerel, scrambled egg, mushrooms. Coffee with cream
L - celery, spring onion, green pepper, sour cream. Pepperami
D - steak, fried mushrooms and onions, carrots and green beans
s - clotted cream
Again, a lot of cream. And more carrots ...
tues
B - avocado with ff greek yoghurt
L - finger salad... spring onion, celery, cucumber and tomato, cheese and sour cream. Plus olives in oil.
D- bratwurst, mashed swede, carrots and mushrooms fried in garlic butter, coleslaw
Carrots again! And coleslaw could be quite high in carbs.
Today...
B- smoked kipper and scrambled egg, coffee with cream
More processed stuff! And more cream ...
The carb content of your meals seems fine, however I'm concerned that you're getting a lot of fat from dairy, rather than butter or oils. And it could be that you're eating too much dairy.
Why not try and move to a much lower amount of dairy, or even trying to go dairy-free for a couple of days (dairy-free doesn't mean cutting out butter, by the way)?
And try and avoid the processed stuff as much as you can.
