Morning all!

Come and confess all on the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness

or on the Weight Tracker

Just one more week - hopefully we can shed at least one more of those pesky pounds!

Apologies for the wrong title Blush I have a sticky '0' key!

Sorry if anyone has stumbled on this thinking it's the next Bootcamp, this is actually week 10

I'm back! Got a bit confused there BIWI
Had a fantastic honeymoon and according to my scales (which are not the ones I have been officially weighing on) I have put on 4lb. Not quite as drastic as I was expecting.
Still fitting comfortably into size 10 so I'm happy!
Went into Tesco yesterday and spent a fortune on lc food so back on it today. I'll probably continue further into December of anyone else is up for it?

RatherBeOnThePiste · 01/12/2014 08:11

With you there Ready and glad you had a lovely time

Lost two pounds here. One more and I'll be in the healthy BMI range. Fab.

Hope everyone has a good day. X

BIWI · 01/12/2014 09:02

Welcome back, ready!

And well done, Pistey

I'm going away on Jan 11 so on it til then Ready, with a few concessions for Xmas.

1lb off overall this week, but still 2 above my lowest weight this week and back in the 11s again Sad. Fed up of losing and gaining the same 3lbs, all while sticking to the rules. Just not sure what I'd do if I didn't do this.

Anyway, no moaning, dairy free week coming up:

B: eggs, butter
L: Avocado, prawns, olive oil
D: Doner kebab, salad, olive oil, home made garlic mayo

Pisseslikeahorse · 01/12/2014 09:13

Well done Rather

I'm another pound down today is keeping me ticking. still trying to drop the last bits and get properly fight fit, so going to be around for a while especially with christmas on its way

BitchyTakesOnManagement · 01/12/2014 09:18

I am Ready

CharlieSierra · 01/12/2014 09:30

Well done losers.

2.4 off for me, sticking with dairy free for the final week as it seems to work for me.

I will definitely be around up until Christmas and beyond, still have a way to go.

readyforno2 · 01/12/2014 09:36

Glad to hear I won't be alone.. Grin

rybka13 · 01/12/2014 10:37

Sts whole week and nearly 2 lbs more today! I have been good except 1 small glass of red wine yesterday and slightly struggled with water this week-sore throat and family staying over for a few days. I am not very happy bunny right now Sad I decided to deny existence of spredsheet today

YoureMyWifeNowDave · 01/12/2014 10:46

Managed to shave a pound off this week!

MoJangled · 01/12/2014 10:55

Just been doing a bit of catching up with the last thread - ouch BIWI , hope you're not feeling too battered.

Welcome back Ready and I'll be carrying on too as nowhere near target yet.

I'm 3lb off this week, doubling my loss for the entire BC - but am under no illusions, as I went down with a tummy bug on Saturday (in the middle of a dinner party) and haven't eaten anything apart from a boiled egg since, so the loss will mostly be water/empty guts. Feeling better today so will officially weigh tomorrow, expecting a big rebound.

MoJangled · 01/12/2014 10:58

For frustrated stallers, this might be a useful link:

Not losing weight on low carb diet

The message to me was that I was eating way way way too much protein so I've cut right down and replaced it with fat - really have eaten much less last week but not felt hungry.

RatherBeOnThePiste · 01/12/2014 11:01

I'm not the busiest poster, but I do gain enormous support from these threads, so glad we will continue!

Christmas on the way - yes, really need to think that through

BeyondTheTreelights · 01/12/2014 11:18

Just checking in, am still going... :)

BeyondTheTreelights · 01/12/2014 11:24

Thats a fab link btw Thanks

aNoteToFollowSo · 01/12/2014 11:25

Hello all. I'm 1.1 pounds down on last week, which is still slightly up from my lowest weight on BC. To be honest I dont feel I really deserve this loss. I am trying to keep moving in the right general direction but have really had some very bad eating days this week - back to pre-BC junk. I am DETERMINED to do these last two weeks properly. I have at least been exercising, which is probably why I have lost a bit despite being a prize twat.

Well done to the losers, and thanks to all who keep posting. I also derive huge support from these threads.

I made the chocolate cardamon pots in the lc recipes thread for my reading group last night. And now I have two of those damn things sitting in my fridge. I am strong, I am strong, I WILL NOT EAT THEM ….

miffy49 · 01/12/2014 11:34

I'll still be carrying on. Not weighed in yet as had to be up early to deal with a scrap man who was collecting the old washer. Didn't want him catching me in my crinkly, pink pyjamas! He'd still be running now! Grin

Glad you had a good time Ready. You'll soon shift that 4lb. Bet a good chunk is just water.

Charlie & Chester I'm trying to carry on with the dairy free too. Not made a vast difference to my weight, except to stop the steady upward creep, but it does keep my BG down lower so I'm hoping that it might eventually balance up whatever is keeping me from losing. Must say though that its awfully hard as I've relied on dairy a lot and I prefer a cheesey meal to a meat one. I just tell myself that it wont be forever!

ChesterDrawers · 01/12/2014 12:23

Glad there'll be a few of us round after BC finishes, I will need the support to keep going over Christmas. I am hosting boxing day, so that should be ok, but Christmas day is out of my hands. I am buying nothing 'naughty'. DS will get a truckload of chocolate anyway and me and DH don't need it.

Thanks for that link Mo, interesting reading. I am going to keep an eye on my protein this week too as well as dropping dairy.

I will being doing my last WI on Saturday as we are out for a rare night with friends and, although I am going to steer clear of obvious carbs, drinking will be happening and I am not going to limit that Grin. After that, back on it til my holiday.

yongnian · 01/12/2014 12:39

I am carrying on too! Yo-yo'd again with 2lb loss going back up a lb by weigh-in. But still losing, so pleased. Also have been wondering too much protein so will look at that link. Could just be the creep of twattery tho so will watch that.
Can't edit spreadsheet any more but will make a final estimate at the end of the week. (though am carrying on and have 11lb to go to my ultimate goal weight)

yongnian · 01/12/2014 12:47

Interesting link that mo thanks!

BeyondTheTreelights · 01/12/2014 13:21

Gorgeous lunch... Smoked salmon and cream cheese with scrambled eggs :)

Username12345 · 01/12/2014 13:46

Another 2lb down. Hopefully last weight in I'll be 13 st. single digits.

Congratulations losers. And good luck everyone Flowers

BIWI · 01/12/2014 17:14

My lunch today:

Ball of mozzarella, chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
large handful of rocket and spinach
3 small gherkins, chopped
large dollop of pesto

All mixed together and dressed with olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt and black pepper

NaturalElfYayChristmas · 01/12/2014 18:12

One pound here, not a stall but pretty average. I'll be carrying on through as well (and will get my name on spreadsheet this time)
Loads to go for me. Will the last weeks chat just carry on until next bc?
Went out shopping at the weekend and needed to grab a bite of lunch. It's almost impossible isn't it? Sandwiches/pasta/pasty in everything. I grabbed some babybels in the end.
