I'm going away on Jan 11 so on it til then Ready, with a few concessions for Xmas.
1lb off overall this week, but still 2 above my lowest weight this week and back in the 11s again
. Fed up of losing and gaining the same 3lbs, all while sticking to the rules. Just not sure what I'd do if I didn't do this.
Anyway, no moaning, dairy free week coming up:

L: Avocado, prawns, olive oil
D: Doner kebab, salad, olive oil, home made garlic mayo
