Sayra - unfortunately I don't drink tea either I often wish I did.

I did do pole but I have a neck injury at the moment, I will be back to it as soon as I have healed which I hope will be in January Grin do you also do pole then?

Ask good news :) from Saturday to today i have lost 5lbs I'm very happy Grin still lots to go so I will stay on track!

Where do I find the rules for after 2 weeks that is slightly more relaxed?

If I stick with these rules will I loose weight faster?

Have a great time BIWI!

Just checking in as I have awful biscuit cravings and am feeling pretty sorry for myself- not sure if I have a flare up of asthma which gives me very very occasional problems or if I've picked up a chest infection. Whichever way, I'm at work feeling tight chested and rotten and want a biscuit. Not that a biscuit will help me breathe Grin

Moan over
Will go and eat low carb lunch early instead!

I've still not been too well, trying to stay relatively on track though. Had a chocolate lapse last night, but managed to stop at one thing and not completely fall off the bandwagon. My aim is to maintain any time my health dips, hopefully that is realistic enough. Tis a marathon, not a sprint... Wink

For some reason I feel like I've lost loads of weight since Sunday Confused even though I've done nothing differently. Seriously, a pair of trousers I bought them already feel to large and my sister (who saw me on Sunday) says my face is noticeably slimmer since then. Not that I'm complaining, but the body really is a mysterious thing.

Finally back in ketosis, so three and a half days to get over a five day fuck-up. So not worth it.

Oh no, I've just eaten a potato (it was there, I was hungry- waited too long between meals)
Have I messed up? I've stalled all week and now I've wrecked it Sad

Hi everyone Smile

I am also off now (well 0230 tomorrow) until the 9th December so I am just crossing my fingers that nothing goes wrong with the spreadsheet while I am away.

I should have internet access some of the time but I am going to Brazil so intend to be having too much fun to be checking MN etc Grin The first week is work so I may end up checking in then.

See you all in December....best stick with it, no weighing Smile

I made some really nice chicken nuggets tonight - I'll post up the recipe in the recipe thread. Although I used a tiny bit of flour (half a dessert spoon for 4 chicken breasts cut into chunks) and you could probably miss it out if you are careful when turning them but I don't think dh even realised that no breadcrumbs were used Wink. I used a mix of Parmesan, flaxseed and ground almonds. Grin

MrsHP that would be great. The only problem tends to be when someone accidentally changes the formula in a cell. Usually on the conversion!

If anyone does report a problem then if you could have a look and see if you can sort it then please do. if you can then its fine....the pounds to stones one is the difficult one to fix!

Anyway, I am off to bed very soon. So see you all later Grin

I'm going to attempt to make my own butter this morning as I have some cream on the turn and am trying to give dairy a swerve. Stupidly excited about the prospect. Also going for a run in a bit, less so excited about that.

B: BPC, eggs, bacon, mushrooms
L: prawns, avocado, olive oil
D: DH making beef rendang with cauli rice

Has anyone on this thread had a go at making ghee yet? I'm toying with the idea - seems straight forward.

I'm experimenting with BPC - butter and coconut oil aren't doing it for me. I've ordered some MCT (basically the best bit of the coconut oil - the medium chain triglycerides - without the flavour) and I'm going to try those plus hopefully ghee, perhaps cream if that's not palatable.

Sayra and BIWI have a great time girls
Tanukisan no i am not jealous as well haha, stuck in rainy Wales with baby and snotty nose...BTW i have never tried to make ghee but friend used to do that, looked easy and according to her was great. I was tempted to buy a tin from Indian isle at Tesco but as I don't know if that is worth anything (i mean that particular brand) so gave up. I am worried there could be some cheap stuff like with coconut oils and you need to know which one is good??? My bpc is lazy one, black coffee and spoon of coconut oil. I couldn't call it an amazing experience (especially with hubby drinking his coffee with cream, sugar and coconut oil, no comment) but I tend to just gulp it down. It is like drinking shots of vodka. You don't drink it for smell or taste but for effects Grin.

Never had ghee, might have to have a look into that.

Home made butter is lovely though, and was easy to make too and u just had it in my BAB. Going to stalk the reduced counters now for cheapy cream.

hi all,

runs starting to improve but still lacking strength and snotty. (tempted to drill a hoe in my head to get rid of the pressure).
looks like the scales have moved for me Grin we will see if it lasts... as I've got a family party today and friends staying tonight so have a little gin based excursion planned this evening.

B. BPC
L. bacon eggs mushroom
D. boiled ham, veg & mayo

Pisses just a thought but have you tried going back to basics with an old fashioned steam inhalation? Preferably with a couple of drops of tea tree oil added? It often does the trick for me. I can't use any of the fancy decongestants now because of my meds but I find it far more effective. Decongestants can dry up the membranes and make things worse in the long run.
