If you're interested in joining us, sign up here. Bootcamp lasts for 10 weeks, and starts with two strict weeks, before you move on to Bootcamp Light for the remaining 8 weeks.

You aren't allowed to eat:

potatoes
pasta
rice/noodles
bread
sugar
flour

And for the first two weeks you can't eat fruit or drink alcohol

The idea behind Bootcamp is that whilst it should be strict (and therefore, hopefully, work!) that it should also be easy - therefore there is no weighing or counting of anything. Just ten rules that you need to follow.

So if you're interested - put your name down here!

More later...... still on old bootcamp thread chatting away.... can't believe there are 10 pages unread and a whole host of new names to learn.

Hello all !

BIWI - I would imagine that Kellymom etc. are confusing low carbing with Atkins-style "no carbing" - which could be counterproductive, I suppose - although why it would affect supply I don't know Confused as the body is geared to prioritise milk production, and the quality of the milk changes very little in relation to actual diet.

I'm still vaguely doing lowish carbing but not being at all strict. Next week...

I'm in! I lost my way towards the end of the last one as we were without a kitchen for a while, but seem to have maintained the early loss and made some serious changes. I don't seem to really fancy carbs any more Shock Thank you BIWI!

Just found something else for orgasmic list ....
Celery with cream cheese mixed with marmite on ! ( happened by mistake slovenly housekeeping skills

BIWI · 30/04/2014 14:56

I had a lovely dinner last night, which I've just enjoyed for lunch as well:

Salmon fillets, marinated for c. 20 minutes in a foil parcel with lemon juice and olive oil, then roasted for 20 minutes (still in foil parcel), with courgettes, aubergine and black olives in tomato sauce, with a home-made mayo/salad cream.

Totally yummy.

Lighthousekeeping · 30/04/2014 15:16

I've just had tesco deliver me trout fillets instead of fish pie mix. Sounds like your recipe will work Just fine. I'm not too fussed on tomatoes though.

SayraT · 30/04/2014 18:09

whoosh that will not be going on my orgasmic list! I don't like celery or marmite...can we still be friends even if we don't share an orgasmic list?

WhooshFuckerFairy · 30/04/2014 18:22

sayra my friend - of course Thanks Thanks

WhooshFuckerFairy · 30/04/2014 18:24

I'm in. Have eaten a lot of bread in the last few weeks after not having it for ages. The weight is piling on. For all those new comers this definitely works

SarahBeenysBumblingApprentice · 30/04/2014 20:49

OverlookedConfection · 01/05/2014 06:12

I can recommend Marmite on slices of cucumber for those needing a LC marmite fix Smile

GermanGirlinLondon · 01/05/2014 09:52

I am constantly craving chocolate at the moment. I don't even like it yet have I eaten over three lbs of chocolate in the last week. Confused

Trying to be really good now and cutting it out to get the BC properly started on Monday.

petalsandstars · 01/05/2014 10:37

Oh me too, every stressful moment with my threenager leads to a mouthful of chocolate!

pregnantpause · 01/05/2014 11:18

I'm craving sweet things even though I'm completely full upHmm but I find it worrying how addicted I must be to these things - I have to leave the room if the Mars bar advert comes on, I'm almost desperate to eat sweet stuff . Hopefully the fortnight boot camp will put an end to the sugars control.

I didn't whoosh at all last time. I want my money back Envy

I'm in that drought phase of settling in to LC that I seem to get, can't drink enough to make it better, and I know it doesn't last long, but blimey!

Neither did I piste I'm hoping for better luck this time. Is decaf billet proof coffee ok? It's the only thing I had last bootcamp that was different to my first one (which was very successful)
I have decaf coffee, teaspoon of either unsalted butter (or coconut oil if I'm feeling frisky) and a splash of cream as I can't tolerate it without.
I'd like for it to be ok, as I only want something hot to drink in the mornng, don't like eating or water until a bit later.
