Crabby I'm now using your fabulous trick! I normally read on the phone though and that's half the trouble - you can't even see who entered the post you're reading, never mind anything else. And, yes, I am definitely a camel. (But I will be testing that I'm not a diabetic camel next week - there's no point in pretending that "it can't happen to me"
)
Holmes It's taken me 3w of LC to even get out for a run and I feel like I'm wading through mud. BIWI and other keep telling me that it'll normalise and I believe them! I am colder than usual after running but I used to get that on a standard diet also.
Jake I haven't read Briffa because some of the stuff on his website makes my piss boil. I like Volek and Phinney and Peter Attia's Eating Academy blog. It has to be said that the blog isn't at all accessible but I like the way he looks at research.
Which leads me to Horizon. I didn't watch it, again, I have better things to do in an evening than boil. But seriously, two people! It's likely that that there is a small minority who loose better on a low fat diet anyway, how do we know the twins' DNA wasn't set to that make-up? (See Peter Attia - and yes, I'll shut up about him now).
The BBC don't know the difference between a cardiac arrest and a heart attack which tends to make me a bit sceptical regarding anything else they come up with.
I hope you are all having a more interesting evening than me - OH is on nights so I'm home with the kids.
B: total, masacapone, about 50g raspberries, 6 almonds

S: one decaf coffee with cream and one cup of tea with milk.
I think I'm on about 5l of water/fruit tea but I've been for a run so will try to get another litre in the evening.
