why would you bin off gymboy before asking about it?

he may well just have been checking mail or hiding a profile or something, talk to him before you dump him

the nap has helped me somewhat but not enough to be taking dd2 to the tudor exhibition today as planned, so it will have to be tomorrow

afternoon all!
are you missing him scl?
nothing new with me as such tho have received contact from one of the men muppets i met once
oh yes think of the creepy one i mailed a few of you about offsite as it's him

DONTtouchMUMSspecialJUICE · 16/09/2009 12:11

today is a blitz so i'm making sure there is no ironing pile or washing to be done. windows free of hand prints.clutter off work tops etc.

i did notice his house was spotless.infact.. immaculate.

gosh.. lets hope he gets away from work in time with this effort its costing me .

scl - we have same in this house... its clean. always very clean. i'm slightly over zealous with the anti bac... but can be messy. and piles of stuff often get abandoned at front door and it can be a day or 2 before i get the chance to sort through it and put it in its home.

the bathroom will be spotless clean. but i will leave makeup, toothbrushes and junk lying everywhere till i clear it up. should do it as i use it... but i like the method of getting everything out to get ready.. and shove it all back in the tubs after.trouble is if i'm in a rush to get out the door. i will leave it to throw in tubs when i return.

DONTtouchMUMSspecialJUICE · 16/09/2009 12:12

asbm - msnnnnnn

aseriouslyblondemoment · 16/09/2009 12:15

RJ will catch up with you tomorrow i promise as i'm about to head out the door

aseriouslyblondemoment · 16/09/2009 12:17

ooh and lets face it he won't be looking at your pile of ironing will he?
tho he may appreciate a tidy work surface!!

lou33 · 16/09/2009 14:14

i was meant to do loads today but have done nothing because i cant shift this headache fully

OP posts:
thesouthsbelle · 16/09/2009 15:41

agreed he won't be really will he!!!

I used to care about my house as long as it's tidy now i'm not arsed, besides if gymboy was to even think about moaning he'd get the 'don't you even dare start on me mr cos your house is a tip and yuo have no kids to worry about never mind work part time as well' look.

yep you know the reps juicy - althou today my direct boss has said that i'm not longer to put accounts on stop - I need to talk more to the customer to improve relationships - and i'm now on the verge of saying well then you talk to the financial director cos she's the one who gives me the look & ear ache when I say i've been letting the orders go out cos apparently it's 'my job' to tell the customer to bugger off. god I HATE credit control - give me the accounts any day of the week - to be fair thou they do know I hate it. have implemented some new things today which WILL be happening! am finally up to date with work as well so fingers crossed it should now be quiet till next week when the report comes back with the credit insurance on the mega customer with all the eggs.

glad you're all getting on ok thou.

lou33 · 16/09/2009 15:49

inthemistsoftime · 16/09/2009 18:29

hey rj are you out on a date tonight?

good luck, is it with beachbum man?

thesouthsbelle · 16/09/2009 18:34

lol. why are you nervous?

Remotew · 16/09/2009 18:41

inthemidst, how's things, are you still seeing 'Marathon Man'?

DONTtouchMUMSspecialJUICE · 16/09/2009 18:46

beachbum not back till sunday. but dont think i'll see him till the wkd after as not picking him up anymore.

tonight irish is coming to mine once kids are in bed. his work dependant.

no idea why i'm nervous

jeeze.. over the wkd we've seen each others houses, eating in and out the house, waited on each other getting showered and changed in respective houses and been shopping... twice...

wtf am i getting nervous at him coming over for a takeaway and dvd?

DONTtouchMUMSspecialJUICE · 16/09/2009 18:47

hope you are. you and asbm and ninah are the beacons of light.

thesouthsbelle · 16/09/2009 18:48

juicy! lol.

also awaiting an answer as again a beacon to me!

all I can say is roll on half 7 to see if I've won the fat club bet - 1/2 lb to go, then roll on half 9 when I get to give gymboy a huge snog

DONTtouchMUMSspecialJUICE · 16/09/2009 18:51

.. me too hopefully.

infact. i should be getting kids in pj's and to bed.

and myself washed.

DONTtouchMUMSspecialJUICE · 16/09/2009 18:51

good luck with fat club juicy.

thesouthsbelle · 16/09/2009 18:59

thanks just waiting for mum to come and sit with DS, then will be back, put him to bed & tidy around/make some dumplings for the soup & get sorted.

inthemistsoftime · 16/09/2009 19:16

oh yes me and Marathon man are still going strong, we first started emailing in Feb and now we are in Sept, doesn't time fly!

He is fab, we are very happy together, long term subjects have been discussed, but I shall say no more as it is all still very new!

So rj where did the irish man come from? Is he a better option than beachbum?

Hi eve, don't give up just yet, I was about to and then HE came along.

Good luck to everyone else on this thread.

DONTtouchMUMSspecialJUICE · 16/09/2009 19:22

inthemist - really am pleased. and yes. time sure flies. next month i've been single a year

beachbum v irish.... em they are different. but cant decide which different is the better option.

just went for a drink when bored on sat expecting it to be a non-starter date to ammuse me while beachbum was away.

devil makes works for idle minds as they say.

got 1-2 weeks to decide about irish before see beachbum is back.

inthemistsoftime · 16/09/2009 19:47

if he has grabbed your attention over beachbum then I say he must be the better option, n'est pas?

he must be absolutely irresistible if he managed to take your mind of beachbum, cos you were really into him, as I recall.

I wrestled with myself over Skippy who I thought I was better matched with on an intellectual basis, and had sort of dismissed marathon man as being out of my league!

I was wrong, my gut feeling was so right, I so fancied the pants of marathon man and enjoyed his company, turns out that I did make the right choice!

Good luck yourself rj

notevenamousie · 16/09/2009 19:52

Wow! - very busy on here today!
Work is busy and tiring. DD is still hugely grouchy.
I had forgotten how consuming this meeting someone new and thinking about them and the confusion of the physical stuff is! Maybe I take it too seriously...
I need to tidy on Friday -and clean- but usually clean but messy here too, things have got away with work this week.

Remotew · 16/09/2009 20:01

RJ is it only a year! Well you've certainly filled your time.

ASBM I am supposed to be on a date on Saturday but am still waiting for confirmation. I'm looking forward to it so hoping he doesn't dissapear.

Glad it's still going strong and let us know any long term developments, we like a success story.

lou33 · 16/09/2009 20:06

everyone seems fairly upbeat and busy on here, rj , did i read that right, you are nervous?!

the restaurant for my friday evening friday has been booked today
