am ok today i think, bit drained and puffy eyed, and just got off hte phone from an investigating oficer

she gave me some numbers to call and will make sure that the pc i have been dealing with is updated and will be ni touch

Good sounds like you've got some support. Nothing wrong with asking friends for some when you need it. I agree with the putting on a brave face and not looking needy. I'm guilty of this.

well much as we bicker about crap like an old married couple, and we have our falling outs, i know for the important things he will be there

he left his night out to come round
