About anything.

I feel so drained of life, like someone tipped me upside down and shook out any hopes and dreams I had and replaced them with everyone elses 'stuff'.

Oh come on Cracker!

You have 3 lovely children and are a young beautiful girl.

You need to get a purpose in your life and stop moping round the house waiting for life to happen to you.

There is so much you could do if you wanted to while the children are at school.

Exercise - releases things into you which make you feel better

Voluntary work - giving something to the community

Helping at school/PTA

Uni courses - using your brain to help further you in life

You have to stop all this negativity. do you want your children to look back and think how depressed their Mum was all the time? Go and speak to someone and get some counselling.

Start dating

Book clubs

Evening work where exDP can babysit kids

Get off the computer which is not real life and get yourself a meaning in your life.

You say start dating like I have a choice in it. You can't date if no one wants to date you.

I did have an evening job, I had to give it up when I split with xp.

Yes they are all at school Lulu.

The job looks good, but have applied for alot of very similar posts nearer to me and not got to interview stage.

The job thing isn't bothering me at the mo really anyway tbh.

All CN's children are at school.

She posted earlier about waiting all day for them to come home so she will have something to do.

Am simply pointing out what she could do if she really wanted to.

Esp agree re exercising, have recently started getting off my backside a bit more and it does wonders for your wellbeing

Ask someone to look over your CV to find out why you arent getting to interview stage!

You got a job and gave it up (IIRC) at the first hurdle.

I dont want to be mean CN but you have to take your life in your hands and make things happen!!

About the job.

You need nvq 2 for the 2nd job you linked to by the way.

There isn't really a main problem Tifany tbh it's just me being me. Story like alot of others, single mum, not working, fed up, and tired.

SO GO AND GET NVQ2 THEN!!! You know you can do it! It would be paid for and everything and you could study while the children are at school.

The job didnt last Moondog as CN quit.

Crackernut, I've just looked at your pic on your profile. You are very attractive, of course people will want to date you.

I think it sounds like counselling would help. Perhaps have a look at some online CBT courses - kind of do it yourself counselling.

www.moodgym.anu.edu.au/welcome is a good one and is free.

CBT works on the principle that your thoughts influence your emotions and feelings, and so in consciously changing the way you think about things, you feel better. I found it really really helped. There are other online CBT courses too, some are free, some you have to pay for.

I also think exercise would be really good for you.

I had to give the job up because it turned out that they weren't as ok as they first said about me working opposite shifts to my mum and they gave me 3 weekends in a row (both days).

My mum always works weekends though so I was stuck and when i tried to swap the shifts they said no.

Was more than likely just me giving up at the first hurdle though.
