Yes, once on a blind date, we went to an Italian, his treat. He's 12 years younger and foreign but apart from that he's quite nice lol. I reckon he wants casual sex and I don't.

aseriouslyblondemoment · 12/02/2009 20:01

ooh foreign?
where from?
has he been keeping in touch or recently come out of that woodwork where they all seem a lurkin?

Hi, just been catching up on thread. Yes I agree no man is worth fighting over. Met that guy for a coffee after work.....

Remotew · 12/02/2009 20:08

Slovenia!! He has been constant in this pursuit but it's time to ignore. Feel a bit bad tbh. I'm a softie really. Advice on how to tell him gently that I enjoyed his company but don't want to drop em.

HOLLY23 · 12/02/2009 20:11

Tell him no sex outside of marriage!

HOLLY23 · 12/02/2009 20:14

sorry just kidding, I'm sure he'll get the hint eventually. Like any bloke if you say no he'll just think you mean yes!

aseriouslyblondemoment · 12/02/2009 20:14

well, you could just take a leaf out of most men's books and ignore til he goes away
then he'll assume
you're missing feared dead or your fingers have dropped off
it works a treat on us ladies lol
Holly time to spill....

abouteve - tell him you've decided to have become celibate

diver has been texting tonight.cor. 2 days in a row conversation. may be a record!! aparently today he has no iinternet connection. but does have phone reception. this could get confusing.

Remotew · 12/02/2009 20:20

lol, he's already asked me if I'm still alive. Talk about treat em mean, keep em keen. Just been reminded of that on the 'advice to give daughters' thread.

Remotew · 12/02/2009 20:21

Half the population in my area are Eastern European, decided to give the other half a try.

HOLLY23 · 12/02/2009 20:26

Well we met for about 30 mins, and he asked me why I sent him such a frosty email so I said well wasn't happy with his rude suggestions, he said he would never have gone through with it with me because of his GF but asked if we could be freinds because he really likes me and missed my emails. TBH he was really nice and seemed sorry about his behaviour and realises he way over stepped the mark. Gave me a kiss on the lips though so I sent him on his way! lol think its all ok and he's text me since I've been at homne to say he's really glad were talking again.

aseriouslyblondemoment · 12/02/2009 20:32

have you been replying to the texts Eve?

Only in a half hearted way. Time to move on now.

HOLLY23 · 12/02/2009 20:49

ASBM, I know, well it was just a peck and believe me won't be anything else. He's got a GF and I don't want to go there with him.

aseriouslyblondemoment · 12/02/2009 20:50

well you can tell him nicely then you can def ignore all further attempts in the knowledge that you have done the right thing
ALL MEN PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF ABOVE ADVICE TOO!

aseriouslyblondemoment · 12/02/2009 20:52
