its just a thought which has been pondered upon by a few of us on here
as Lou 33 said if she knew the answer then she wouldn't be on MN

aseriouslyblondemoment · 29/01/2009 12:04

oh that doesn't sound positive SCL
but at least you know!
so any more updates?
N1 know the wine and dvd combination well
still havent seen POTC Worlds End thru to its finish
it has become something of a joke in my household
and yes i can imagine that as a man being taller helps

OP posts:
N1 · 29/01/2009 12:10

I havn't seen any of POTC Worlds End (never heard of it). I don't watch TV, my son does. I rarely watch DVD's because I usually want someone with me to watch a DVD. If that someone isn't a man and if I can, snuggle up close to watch the DVD is my prefered choice.

N1 · 29/01/2009 12:10

gosh. Let me jump to add that I am not hinting here.

lou33 · 29/01/2009 12:17

no i was just quiet because i was busy with kids , dinner, laundry etc!

aseriouslyblondemoment · 29/01/2009 13:34

Its Pirates of the Caribbean!
was that a hint for me N1?
Lou and the rest
oh and scary update time
asbm has another oldie on her case
and this one is seriously wrong
62 and MARRIED
i normally instantly block but sent a stern message

OP posts:
lou33 · 29/01/2009 13:54

aseriouslyblondemoment · 29/01/2009 14:27

oh no its so not funny
its downright wrong
i mean there are specific sites for his needs
and hmm am getting seriously concerned about you
what's going on?
do i need to give you a good talking to?
and my mojo is working just fine btw

OP posts:
aseriouslyblondemoment · 29/01/2009 14:29

OP posts:
sincitylover · 29/01/2009 14:48

mine is still working but if samename2 doesn't come good I think I am going to give up for a while till the Spring, warmer weather.

Nothing nice about walking in the rain last night. I also gave him a lift in my little car to his car and I said (almost hysterically by then) are you sure you can fit in - did add that my brother who is 5 10 also had probs. Then couldn't get the car in reverse gear - am so unused to having an adult of any kind in the front seat. LOL

Last night only served to highlight what a good 'fit' me and exbf were imo. Sorry to keeping banging on about him. I am even boring myself with it.

lou33 · 29/01/2009 15:07

have agreed to see the italian chef next week for lunch, i have cancelled him twice, and for some reason he still wants to meet up

this is not the one i was talking about earlier btw, but someone else i was meant to meet and havent

sincitylover · 29/01/2009 15:24

am sure it's still there lou!! (your mojo that is)

I am in a very weird mood today,at work, but playing 60s music (Love Affair type of thing) plus syrupy sentimental ballads. have no idea why. Feel nostalgic for way back when (prob pre man issues)ie up to age abt 13!!

inthemistsoftime · 29/01/2009 16:34

Am meeting up with someone from Friendsreunited dating this weekend, I will be dipping my toe into the water for the first time.

By nature, I am a bit naive and too generous with my time, any advice to help me toughen up?

aseriouslyblondemoment · 29/01/2009 16:44

inthemist

OP posts:
VinegarTits · 29/01/2009 16:53

My horrible shoe man was from FRD

I have given up with men

inthemistsoftime · 29/01/2009 16:54

He's 43, am not sure about him but reakon meeting on Sat at lunch time can't do much harm!

But watch this space.

sincitylover · 29/01/2009 16:55

what is it about catering staff and me eh?

Am going for platonic drink with catering manager here next week, and guy in snack bar just stopped me in corridor asking why I haven't been to see him please would I go and see him each morning. Yeah right!!

Maybe its the voluptous figure (well it aint the height) - looks like I am well fed.

inthemistsoftime · 29/01/2009 16:56

Well I have paid for 6 months to FRD, but if I have the same experiences as some of you on here I'll give up.

By the way most of my admirers (if you can call them that) are OAP's as well!

aseriouslyblondemoment · 29/01/2009 17:00

inthemist
phew isnt him
i would have had to tell you
hes a bastard and deserves to come with a warning attached to him
was desperate to see what you said
sorry everybody else will look at all these postings in a mo!

OP posts:
inthemistsoftime · 29/01/2009 17:05

I have a friend who I see now and then and would be happy to be a bit more than a s* buddy but he is emotionally unavailable.

God why is it so hard to find someone who I can connect with on an emotional level and not just sexually?

inthemistsoftime · 29/01/2009 17:07

By the it's wine o' clock chez moi.

Cheers

inthemistsoftime · 29/01/2009 17:08
