Sometimes it's better to not say anything to an ex about what effect he is having on you. Him knowing that he is bothering you might cause him to worry and bother you even more, in which case the strained situation becomes even more strained or unbearable.

When I email you back, you will have little other option but to ask me publicly to help you. There will be no doubt in my mind that you are you.

what does publically help you mean?

You need to ask me for a key, which I can give to you publicly. That key lets you see the email I send back to you. You wouldn't know what to ask if you don't know the type of lock I use on my email.

So any nutter getting an email from me would need to post a question from your MN profile asking me for the key and telling me about the lock.

The process is dead simple.
