elastamum · 26/01/2011 11:16

Ohh lucky you! Handcuffs are OK as long as you let him go after you have finished with him Grin

elastamum · 26/01/2011 11:28

Agree TKFS. My biggest problem is that because I have a strong personality I tend to go for men who are all alpha males with really big cocks jobs.

They are all used to being in charge, so long term are a bit of a disaster. After they have got over the fascination of a woman who can hold her own, they tend to be looking for someone a bit more submissive than me

tookoolforskool · 26/01/2011 11:30

well. thats ok then.
handcuffs it is Grin

stella - you could always hide in the bushes with your camera!!!
You cant really ask him to the valentines thing... but could you not maybe give him more chances to chat/flirt with you and see if he does anything?

Its stardusts birthday sunday, and hes coming round mon. Do i get him a card? bit crap to ignore it altogether isnt it? but the pressure of picking the right kind of card.. and then what to write????
What should i do / would you do?

tookoolforskool · 26/01/2011 11:37

elastamum - are you me????? lol
i go for the same type. Its a PITA. Alpha male with a huge ego and probably half a ton of arrogance, chuck in some long dark hair and a bit of stubble and im open mouthed and drooling.

although i can do a bit of submissivness if im feeling that way inclined Blush

BeauticianNotMagician · 26/01/2011 11:39

sorry, go back to my corner

elastamum · 26/01/2011 11:58

Oh TKFS we do seem to have the same problem!!!

I meet loads of lovely men who are much, much nicer than these alpha types but they just dont do it for me. Maybe I need to try and change what I look for!!

elastamum · 26/01/2011 12:00

Buy him a birthday card. If you want a really good laugh go on moonpig and get one done with his name on it Grin

tookoolforskool · 26/01/2011 12:25

yep - i reckon we do. I kind of think having such a strong personality - i at least need someone equal to me. They need to be as loud,or opionated, or chatty, or just have that bit of umph. you know.
But - and here lies the difficult bit - be nice with it.. and not an arse.
Possibly looking for the impossible.

i need to get him a card. i need help. help me pic one.

persephonesnape · 26/01/2011 13:31

tookool - stardust sounds absolutely perfect Envy

Stella, so difficult to weed out the nobends sometimes isn't it...?

Beaut - I realy need to do some exercise - is nadia sawalla bearable? everytime i lumbered through a davina workout, i wanted to punch her lights out (not by nature a violent person..)

lovely very drunken evening last night with best male friend. I am grudgingly accepting that the idiot he doesn't fancy me, so we can get on with being best friends. This is good. :) once I've managed to stop imagining him naked. Not helped by him taking his shirt off and inviting me to feel the dip in his chest. and giving my 11 year old DS a piggy back. But, heartened by his absolute crappiness at internet dating, I'm back on OKCupid for a bit. Until I get hacked off with it again. Grin

BeauticianNotMagician · 26/01/2011 13:49

Persephone It is bearable the instructor in it is actually pleasant. It feels like a workout as well.

Im so frustrated with job hunting.Im trying to find a job for my move but its so hard. Its all done by email these days you dont actually get to speak to anyone.

Flame · 26/01/2011 14:04

Read that as the best looking HAVE the biggest cocks.

I tend to go for betas which then leads me to whinging that they lack oomph. Prob why Matt is so appealing. Very much alpha and oomph.

I like the idea of moonpig card.

BeauticianNotMagician · 26/01/2011 14:11

Love the moonpig cards.

Flame i read it exactly the same glad im not the only one.Must be our filthy minds haha.

lou33 · 26/01/2011 15:47

I read it the same as flame

Flame · 26/01/2011 16:16

:o all our minds are in the gutter

Just had to turn down a fresh opportunity for Matt to stand me up. stomach hurting too much for company :(

persephonesnape · 26/01/2011 18:09

'we are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the cocks stars!'- Oscar wilde.

Hatesponge · 26/01/2011 18:46

Grin snape

flame :( re bug. hope you are feeling better soon.

tookool, excellent news re 3rd date! and the baked goods sound fab. Have only been out with one man ever who could cook and he never cooked for me Hmm Don't worry about the kissing part - or lack of - just yet. I think he seems pretty interested so am sure that will follow shortly :)

beaut, glad you had a good birthday, and lovely presents from dg as well. good luck to you and Mily with the job hunting!

I think am going to be offered the 4 hour daily commute job, which I expect I will end up taking - even though it sounds a nightmare! However my journey now is 2.5/3 hours so wont be MUCH worse. Plus I hate current job, new job is amazing, will use my brain, won't spend all day on pointless admin, and new job will let me do at least 2 days a week from home (which would only happen in current job after hell had frozen over Grin)

Mily - meant to add exciting news re you and TLM, will have my hat at the ready!

Was on a course today and saw a former colleague who was acting for WM in his case. He said that WM was the most annoying person he had encountered in years, didn't listen to any advice and was totally irrational.

This made me feel much better Grin

Flame · 26/01/2011 19:15

:o @ WM comments!

Told Matt i could easily say yes as he would never show anyway. He then volunteered to look after me... said i would let him know. Feeling vaguely human so sent a text... surprise surprise.... car broken down across town Hmm. This is getting amusing now more than anything.

tookoolforskool · 26/01/2011 19:39

:( flame. Id give up on him if i were you. Hope you are feeling a little better now.

Snape - yay for the okcupid! rather glad his internet dating isnt going well Wink i did the shred before xmas. lost 12.5 inches in 25 days then got ill and havent started again since.. really need to, i was loving it. im just lacking motivation and loving cheese a bit too much right now :)

sponge - 4 hours commute? you are crazy woman!! well done though, and the working from home will be fab.

He does sort of seem interested, lots of texts on and off all day. But you know. its only been two dates and for all i know he could be dating lots and lots of women. Tis only a third date ( look at me trying to be all noncholant).

Flame · 26/01/2011 19:44

lol he is fine as I am so removed from it that I am finding it amusing. Would never waste a night for him but nights when I have no plans anyway don't bother me.

Flame · 26/01/2011 19:46

Ooh yes yay for dating not going well. Carrot had a text on Sunday that was one that could as easily be a brush off as genuine. i wasn't pleased... of course not... Intrigued to see which way it goes.

elastamum · 26/01/2011 19:48

sponge 4 hrs commuting is a killer. I do 3, but only 2 days a week. the rest is from home so I think its worth it.

bit bored tonight so wondering which potential date to harass message.

Am going to send blueeyes a sarcastic message for not replying. Might even give radioman a call - even though I know I shouldnt Hmm

Hatesponge · 26/01/2011 20:45

Have been working out the commute, and in overall terms I would be better off - at the moment 5 days x 2.5 hours (minimum) = 12.5 hours as opposed to 3 x 4 hours which is only 12. The journey might also be a little less - 2 hours each way is def the max.

There is also a possibility of ultimately moving to the town where their other office is and working from there (which is also a 2 hour commute from where I live now but in the opposite direction) HOWEVER I'm not sure I want to move, I still have to resolve the financial house stuff with the Ex and also it's too close to someone I need not to live near. So (always assuming I get the job!) I think I will stick with the commute and enjoy the working from home which is not something I have ever been able allowed to do!

tookool - is the shred really hard? could a totally unfit person like me manage it do you think?

tookoolforskool · 26/01/2011 21:02

Yep. It 's a killer. But its awesome. My fitness increased really quickly. But you do need to do it everyday, its only 2o mins. But its hard, you will, and should feel like your dying.

Decided to up the flirting with stardust :) I want a snog. I want a whole lot of snogging. I want bruised lips and stubble burn god damit!!!!
