Just an update..we've found a nice double glazed,4 bed house,with nice garden. So that's one stress off the last.

Ah she lives in Cambridge but is on holidays as in not working and free to help but I do understand that you want to keep your pain private. I'm sure the staff will take the utmost care of you xx

DH has got the little one at dr's,he is really poorly so that's exactly what I need today! Got no sleep last night as was so worried about him. He was in bed next to me and couldn't settle. His even more of a velcro baby so I'm hoping today is the worst of whatever it is.Otherwise,Mum and Dh will have a horrendous day tomorrow.And I hate to think of ds2 being ill and needing me.
Going to go and get some crappy mags today to take into hospital tomorrow. Just seems so surreal

I can understand your dh wanting to be there AB. If the roles were reversed and he had to go into hospital for something physically and emotionally hard, you would want to be there for him,wouldn't you. I think this comes under the "for better for worse, in sickness and in health" bit.

However I realise you've made your mind up so i will shut up about it. Will be thinking of you tomorrow.

I definitely would want to go with him.I realise I'm being very selfish...but I still won't let him come. I just feel I'll be braver on my own.If I have him to lean on,I might be worse off

You're not being selfish at all! I think you're being very brave to consider going through this alone. I just feel sad you will be on your own.
