Unfortunately there are lots of cases of companies who owe money in claims going insolvent, then setting up a new company with the same address, directors and team. I believe it's called Phoenix companies. Unfortunately it's legal

In this case it looks like the directors have used a very similar name for their new company. That is not legal and means they could be held personally liable for the debts of the original company.

OP I've been following this for months! In fact I'm pretty sure I was still pregnant when I started. I'm so so pleased she didn't get away with it!

I really hope so, it annoys me how they can get out of paying what they owe
