That’s so frustrating, you’ve been so awesome pursuing this and you’ve just been made to wait every step of the way. She has to come down in your favour or it makes a mockery of the law and I doubt many people would have continued.

Well done! I have been following since the start, so pleased you have won!

So! The judge took everything into consideration but completely disregarding the respondents points regarding the other directors partners illness and she said that her calling me back in for a second interview and her emails afterwards AFTER his diagnoses makes them invalid. She also said that there is a clear link between my pregnancy and unfavourable treatment and she awarded me 4 months salary and £4000 for injury to feelings!
I do not care about the money and I know I will more than likely not receive it BUT I WON! I not only fought this for over a year but I WON!!
I showed her that what she did was wrong but also showed every other woman who has been treated unfairly due to pregnancy that there is a point in fighting these people!
Thank you to EVERYONE who has been here and supported me. The feeling I feel today was worth the 15 months of stress and upset from this situation!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Omg you have no idea how much this has made my day, I’ve been feeling quite low due to family issues and this has honestly put the first smile on my face this week.

I really, really, really hope you do get the money, but I definitely wouldn’t count on it.
