I have had an IVF round in November and had a freeze all cycle. I have had a meeting with the consultant this morning and will be doing a FET in late December/early Jan.

Morning ladies, good luck to all those having transfer today and those who have had transfers recently.

Today was OTD for us and we got a BFP, so feeling equally excited and absolutely terrified of something going wrong.

@Eagerlywaiting1990 I'm 11:30 as well! I'm the same, pacing around my flat 😅also know I'm going to be bursting for a wee! What are you doing after? I realised I haven't thought about it, any suggestions of good treats would be appreciated !

@Eagerlywaiting1990 really good although I had some much of a full bladder and the clinic was running behind so I had to let some out. Apparently I still had the fullest bladder they have seen this week so I win that award!

Embryo on board and due to how full my bladder was got a great look at it.

Haha well done you!!! I forgot how uncomfortable it is to sit and wait with a full bladder 😂. Ours isn't until 11th. When's yours? Xx

@Eagerlywaiting1990 10th Feb. I don’t think I am going to test earlier. Last time i didn’t even make it to OTD as I had heavy AF before. Let’s hope this time is better. I have had my progesterone test and been given a prescription for lubion so I feel much better.

@Eagerlywaiting1990 @Purpleflowers17 glad to hear both of you are ok! I'm home now, embryo on board and yes my bladder was very full & uncomfortable too but it was alright really. My test day is the 8th xx

The same thing happened me last time, I got AF on day 12 but thankfully I had tested that morning or I would have been totally caught off guard. Thats what makes me tempted to test earlier...i want to find out on my terms. My clinic don't do progesterone tests at all so I have no idea what my levels are. Hoping and praying that it's all OK xx

Well done you! That's quite early by comparison isn't it? I'd be inclined to test then too and trust your clinic over mine 🤣. My husband is really superstitions though and thinks it best to wait this time since we didn't last time and it didn't work xx

@Eagerlywaiting1990 yeah I was caught off guard after my IUI and also havent had a progesterone test so I can totally see why it will be tempting to test early.. 8th was a surprise to me too! But its a day 5 blast so that's what the nurse said, what day was yours frozen? God its impossible not to be superstitious isn't it. I felt weird putting my pessary in just now in case I dislodged anything (completely irrational but still!)

@Eagerlywaiting1990 exactly same as my husband. Doesn’t want us to test earlier although I might convince him to do the 8th so if it’s bad news we have the weekend to process.

I’m sure you will be fine I had to pay for the test though nothing in these clinics is free is it 😂

@Ginny91 mines is a day 5 blast too, I think my clinic are just overly cautious. I know what you mean about being paranoid too, was telling my husband to avoid the road humps on the way home 😂.

@Purpleflowers17 you're right, nothing is ever free. If we have to go through this again then I'll test it privately to be sure. Haha yeah I'm working on persuading mine too but he's telling me it's only in and to settle down 😂xx

Hi all,hope everyone is ok. I’ve taken an early test this morning at 5dp5dt and it’s a faint positive ❤️😭 it’s a clear blue test though and I’ve heard lots of bad things about evap lines. I think tomorrow would have been a much better day to test as now I will be in complete limbo until then 🤣

Aw don't be hard on yourself. I think you should leave the testing tomorrow and test again Friday. 💓

Back to work today to keep my mind of it I hope
