I have had an IVF round in November and had a freeze all cycle. I have had a meeting with the consultant this morning and will be doing a FET in late December/early Jan.

I know what you mean @Purpleflowers17 ! I was one lubion twice daily with DD, now just once daily so I'm curious as to wether I need the second dose. Also I've been a bit lax with my cyclogest as in I've not been laying down after as long as I could etc because id rather have a decent result knowing I could have been more strict than an alright result having done it perfect only to then stress on the days it's not perfect! Like it fell out yesterday half melted, I wasn't bothered because if my levels are ok, then I know I'm alright!

I'm due my FET next Monday, but I'm having serious pre menstrual pains etc. can't remember how I was before my first FET in September, did anyone else feel like this? Have my usual migraine and some minor cramps here and there 🙈

I think I’ll test on Friday as I’m at home and can be happy or sad by myself. I’m not feeling very positive at the moment but honestly my mood changes by the hour. Thanks progesterone, ya cruel mistress!

Still waiting for AF here. Think it's going to come tomorrow or Wednesday though. Seem to have jumped to 3 week cycles. 🙄 But it means only about 2 weeks until the FET finally. Assuming it goes right this time.

@TheseCalmSeas i am thinking Friday too as I am off. I’ve been feeling really positive but been feeling abit sad today,also got cramps this afternoon that feel very periody 😞 really trying not to overthink but it’s impossible. The progesterone is really testing us 😂 how do you feel?

I’m too scared to test. 🙁🫤. Same as above really. In work Monday-Friday and can’t go into work in a state.

I had my frozen transfer today, all went fine, the procedure was not painful at all (I had smear tests that were worse), and saw the embryo on the screen. Now just hoping for the best. We saw a very bright rainbow driving back home, that must be some good sign :)

Congratulations @Kirstie16 and well done @Elena3 ! Here's hoping the rainbow signifies some new beginnings.

What is everyone doing with their TWW are people working or taking time off? I’m back to work Wednesday after transfer tomorrow and now I’m overthinking. I had a week off after transfer in October and it didn’t help I just drove myself crazy at home.

@Purpleflowers17 I'm taking the rest of this week off but definitely agree that the distraction of work can be a good thing...I'll no doubt be glad to get back xx

I took the first 4 days off @Purpleflowers17 . Glad I’m back but wfh. I’m so bloated I don’t fancy getting dressed for the offie at the mo.

I feel exactly the same. Really sad and feel like it hasn’t worked today. Cried when I picked up my husband and told him how I feel.
I have another embryo in the freezer but this is our fourth transfer and I’m losing hope 😞… and also being a bit dramatic.

@Purpleflowers17 have you got a stressful job? I actually felt better at work today because I am obsessively symptom spotting otherwise! For me,I enjoy my job and lucky enough for most of the time it not to be stressful so it’s defo best for me to be at work this week. If it was stressful I would rather be off and doing mindful activities though 🧘‍♀️

@TheseCalmSeas I had a little cry yesterday,totally know how you feel. The meds plus the unknown and lack of control is horrible! We have another 2 in the freezer but to be honest really can’t justify the funds to do both,IVF has been a stretch in itself. Hope you can have an evening doing nice things tonight,I’ve got some cake and will be eating my feelings 😂

There’s no reason that this isn’t our time and currently we are pregnant until proven otherwise 👏🏻 I’ve had a bath which was beautiful,if I do get a BFN then I won’t sit there and think oh it was because I had a bath and actually I really needed it tonight 🛀

Morning guys! Just an update I tested again 7dp5dt with a FRER and it’s negative I will continue the meds until beta on Monday but I’m 98% sure that’s me out! Good luck to you all wishing you all the very best! 🤞🏻☺️

I'm sorry to hear your have tested negative again and it's hard to hold onto any hope but wait for your beta if you can now. If our clinics believed they could gain an accurate reading via a pregnancy test on day 7 they would have us waiting longer than needed. Lots of self care. I have my fingers crossed that it changes for you x

@MS2692 sorry to hear this. It still doesn't mean you are 100% out though! I've got everything crossed.

I'm at the clinic for my progesterone test. My toddler has come down with a vomitting bug through the night 😭 talk about bad timing 48 hours pre transfer! Luckily my DH was a hero and delt with her all night and I'm working 12 hour shifts the next 2 days so I won't really see her much before transfer, so keeping everything crossed that I don't catch it! Sometimes I can't help think that fate plays a game in some of this stuff and it's got me worrying this is a sign!

Hope your results come back @Mseddy i asked my clinic nurse and she said only 1 person in her 3 years there has had levels too low for transfer to be cancelled, apparently they offer injections to start on transfer day if low.

Hope your little girl is ok bless her 😢 if it helps I was working on a ward with norovirus outbreak over December and didn’t get it, you can use all your infection control knowledge to keep yourself safe from the bug 😂
