anyway my app says af in 4 days I'm so emotional today! Over thinking even thinking is it right for my and partner to go forward together! I know I could test but I'm just not mentally prepared too 😢

Hey everyone hope all is well. I have deleted my app that tells me when I'm fertile lol. I know it's this week but I've just had enough tracking everything.

I also put on weight very quickly! Its the pcos I think. I put on nearly 4 stone 2020-2021 I've managed to get half off still a bit to go. I find exercising helps so much. If I don't exercise I really struggle to lose. It does come off slow though. Xx

@J90A ooh I think that would drive me crazy if I deleted my apps, not because they tell me when I'm ovulating but all my tracking is logged in there and then I'd be lost 😂
I'm hoping exercise is my key as I'm doing a lot more of that now xx

Hello how is everyone? well after deleting my app etc. I dont think I ovualted my temp isnt high. It's at 36.4 (I usually go up to 36.7) has anyone ovulated with a temp this low? I really dont think I have as I didnt have many symptoms. I'm back on urinary traking so I wont find out for a while! xx

@J90A I've had a lower temp than normal before but I'm probably not the best to ask as my cycle is still all over the place! I'm STILL on cycle 1 of 100mg cd61 no idea if I've ovulated or not as I gave up tracking a couple of weeks ago, just waiting for af really xx

@Marvellouslymadmum I really don’t think I have as my temp has dropped to 36.1 at night. I’ve to call them on CD35 and if bfn then I’ve not ovulated they will give me provera to start period and start again. Which is looking likely. On the plus side means I won’t be on af when I go on holiday in may 😂 xx

@J90A hi! I had a 109 day cycle last time in the end 🤦🏼‍♀️ on the next cycle now but cd18 and no ovulation yet again! How are you getting on? Xx

@Marvellouslymadmum I've ovulated a few time but no luck. I was getting a scan yesterday and the nurse said my ovaries are close together. Obv I googled when I got home and it seems to say it can be a sign of server endometriosis I'm hoping to speak to a doctor on Monday. Xx
