Hi.. I'm starting my third round of ivf First didn't stick second did an ended with a miscarriage.. I'm about to have my third round so throught is start a thread if anyone would like to share there journey or is awaiting ivf. Etc. Let do it together. I was on a thread before an really helped.

@Rachae that’s good. Sometimes online searching is a good thing! I’m glad you’re feeling more positive. All we can do sometimes is hope that we’re being given the right info. Putting trust in the clinics is scary but hopefully the right embryo will be there! :)

Thanks @ofpalestsilver Hey @BrandyM how are you? I've sort of had the transfer... Out if the 14 none were at the blastocyst stage. Only one was early blastocyst and was slow developing but the embryologist wanted to transfer that. I'm really doubtful as I've had a call this morning to say of the others none made it to day 6.

Stilll worried I've got a slow developing chance in me now that might result in positive test but miscarriage. All my other MCs were the same.

But might as well hope and not long to go?! Hope everyone else is having a good Sunday xx

I'm only on 4dp5dt and it's been excruciating slow. If you're saying that 7dp5dt is cleared from any hormone inaccuracies, I'm severely tempted!

@EasterBunny7 I just couldn't wait any longer. It was very clear yesterday, slightly fainter today (which terrified me at 5am this morning when I did it) but still a definite positive at the moment and made my husband check. It's been 16 days since my trigger shot of hcg so fingers crossed it's out of my system 🤞. I sort of wish I had waited a bit more as I know I will test every day until my OTD now but I didn't have the willpower 🤣.

Wow there is a lot going on this group.. I can see that loads of people are going through transfer. Mine is scheduled for this upcoming Friday. working nights before then so probably going to be busy to do anything else. @MF1981 are you having your transfer this week as well?
@Rachae sorry to hear about the previous miscarriages and only one embryo.. We went through a similar thing but hoping this time your embie makes it through
@dragonfly1978 congrats on bfp.. i dont think i would be able to hold out on testing so long

@rowwan it’s looking unlikely to be honest. I’m really unwell - think it’s ohss. The clinic are due to call us tomorrow morning but I’m pretty sure they’ll insist on a freeze all. And to be honest I’m ok with that now as I feel dreadful and it just seems to be getting worse. I don’t want to risk getting even worse by having a transfer.

@Ofpalestsilver thank you. Still positive at 9dp5dt but not a really dark line yet so I am worrying about that. Have attached a photo of this mornings test. It came up straight away within a minute but just isn't very dark. How are you?

@dragonfly1978 that defo looks like a positive to me despite being faint! wow!

It's 2 Dec. I'm going to try not to test early as I don't want to test positive and then be disappointed. However last night I had a sign that made me think I was pregnant (sign sounds airy fairy, more like a symptom) so now I'm really impatient after being quite chilled.

Hi everyone, I got a little bit more hopeful news today as the clinic called me to discuss the transfer decisions in detail.
Also thought this would be useful to note in case happens to them too!

They said that early blastocysts are really common and the good thing is that mine looked like it would turn into good quality in a matter of hours.. It was just ungraded as at my transfer time, it wasn't full blasto to grade. So they said the best thing to do is to transfer whilst I was there. So it's not a 'damaged embryo' as I went away thinking.. Its a potentially good blasto!

Just a waiting game now and my OTD is 30th Nov

@Kitttycatt I think we were on similar timelines, how are you getting on?

Had my suppressed scan today after down regging and left feeling very low. My AFC has dropped since my baseline scan only a few months ago and is down to 5 and 2, can’t remember which side was which. It W as much higher before Buserelin. I’m so upset. Hoping this is just temporary and it will go up again once I start stimming. Did anyone else’s AFC reduce due to Buserelin? If this cycle fails, I will push for a short protocol as this shouldn’t have happened!

@BrandyM when is your next progress scan? I start the Menopur and Fyremadel tonight. Nervous for my first progress scan tomorrow. Really hope my 5 follicles are still there and growing.

@ShiMo sorry to hear that, what was you AFC before you started treatment? I have only had one scan so can't comment on the buserelin having an effect. I haven't heard of it suppressing AFC though. Fingers crossed they all progress nicely with stimming.

I'm still in down regulation, have another week until my first scan, although I'm really worried they will say it hasn't worked as I haven't had a period yet. I feel like my natural hormones are still doing their thing as I've had lots of ewcm and really don't feel like I'm in a temporary menopause! Since I started buserelin on cycle day 6 I'm not actually due my period until next Mon/Tuesday. Really hope it comes this week as I don't want everything to be pushed back, and with Xmas I might have to wait even longer!

@MF1981 sorry to hear you are unwell. Has the OHSS been confirmed? Hope you get better soon.

@Jane1284 thanks for the encouragement about my figures! You can only work with what you have, so I have to hope for the best. It's not easy going it alone, but I had to try. No side effects from the injections for me which makes me wonder if nothing is happening! I'm on a daily 300 dose of Ovaleap only, I see you have other meds on top. First scan on Weds for me so time will tell...

@Rachae sorry that you've been through the mill in terms of the transfer process but it sounds much more positive now than you initially thought. Everything crossed for you.

I've been quietly keeping up to date with everything. Sounds like people are progressing well. Congratulations @dragonfly1978 congratulations on your BFP, thats amazing news!

I have been booked in for egg collection on Wednesday, they're a bit worried about OHSS as there are currently 27 follicles . But waiting for blood test results this afternoon.

I think I hit an absolute low last night when we had to call the out of hours doctor due to my chest becoming heavy. I slept (kinda!) sitting up and today have managed a bowel movement - sorry for tmi! So am starting to hope I’ve turned a corner now. The clinic have insisted on a freeze all due to how ill I’ve been, as a transfer could make my already bad symptoms even worse and to be honest I couldn’t take it getting much worse. Last night was horrendous and I could barely move. Embryology update is we had 8 of our 9 that were on target at day 3 yesterday. Currently tracking at 3 early blasts, 2 catching them up and 3 with some unusual development patterns so it’s expected they’ll drop off. So 5 looking good at the moment but they did give a caveat that not all will make it to full blast stage. They’ll grade them in the morning and decide which ones to freeze and which to leave to day 6 and they’ll call us before lunchtime to let us know which ones they’ve frozen.
