Hi.. I'm starting my third round of ivf First didn't stick second did an ended with a miscarriage.. I'm about to have my third round so throught is start a thread if anyone would like to share there journey or is awaiting ivf. Etc. Let do it together. I was on a thread before an really helped.

Thanks @BrandyM - trigger injection all done! I’m feeling ok about it at the moment but might feel differently this time tomorrow! I’m more panicking myself about the OHSS to be honest. Good luck for your scan tomorrow x

Hey @BrandyM. After spotting since Monday AF finally arrived last night so I will be onto the Clinic when they open to book the scan to find out if I start. I just want to be put out of my misery at this point and find out!

Good luck with your scan today! I hope you have a decent number of good sized follicles and are responding well to the drugs x

I was dreaming about my scan last night. In my dreams the nurse scans me and says there are about 6 there but only 2 are viable at this point as the other 4 are too small to grow. I woke up panicking and barely slept after that. I think I dreamt about it as that's all I was thinking about last night.

And this morning for some reason I can't stop crying. I'm already grieving before they even say anything. I keep telling myself to stay positive but it's so hard when you are dealt with the odds of premature ovarian aging.

Hi all, sorry I’ve been a tad quiet as not much to update on my side! Day 10 of down regulation for me, started AF bang on time so waiting for my suppressed scan now. Had a couple of headaches and not sleeping very well, having some very strange and vivid dreams, but suppose those are ‘normal’ side effects.

So pleased to hear that lots of you are proceeding to EC and transfer, fingers crossed for you! For those that are PUPO, are you going to wait till OTD?

@BrandyM you’re doing amazing. I’m sorry you’ve been crying all morning, I think that’s totally normal and I really hope it all goes ok today. Remember, you’ve still got a few days of stimming to go so it can all change over the coming days.

@ivfhope3 thinking of you, please do chat to us if you need to. I can only imagine how upset you’re feeling but we are here for you.

Also, @winnie3838 welcome! Your story sounds very similar to mine (fellow endo and adeno warrior). My DH has ‘wonderful’ sperm, actual words uttered by our fertility nurse, so all female factor. I hear you on the family history, my grandmothers had 7 and 5 kids respectively, my mum has 4 kids, my sister has 3... all conceived without any issues, so I guess I’m the unlucky one!

Day 5 transfer for me. I didn't have many embryos make it though sad. I think the whole day 3 fiasco was a caution if I'd lost loads back then.

Officially pupo. Let the wait begin.

I just got home from my scan and I’ve got 7 eggs. Phew... 7 is a lot for me (taking into account my diagnosis). I’m so sooo relieved and beyond grateful. They measured as follows:-

One 13mm
Three 10mm
One 9mm
One 8mm
One 6mm

They want them to get to 18mm. I’ve so far done 6 days of stimming and I’m hoping that at least 5 of them grow to 18mm in the next 6/7 days of stimming 🤞🏽🤞🏽

Not much to update from me, I'm still on down regulation - seems never ending. 1.5 weeks to go until stimms hopefully.

I just got back from my day 1 scan. Everything has cleared up so I am ready to go with my first injection tomorrow. I think you asked previously what my dosage is? It is:
From day 2 till EC Gonal-F 375 units
From day 6 till EC Menopur 75 units (and fyremadel)
I'm feeling so relieved i am starting. I didn't ask the Dr how many follicles as I was worried it would only be 2 again however the nurse told me I had 5 when she was teaching me about the injections. I know for most people 5 is not good but since I only had 2 in September I feel so much happier. xx

Hi everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone has any experience they can share. I started Buserelin a couple of weeks ago and had a scan today hoping to start stims today. The scan showed my endometrium is 2.5mm which is apparently good and the sonographer saw 7-8 follicles on my ovary (I only have one - had to have the other removed) which I think sounds ok for a 41yr old? But, they also saw a large follicle and weren't sure if it's a corpeus luteum or a cyst. They've taken bloods and said don't start stims until they call with results. Has anyone been through this by any chance? This is my first cycle and I'm doing it solo. I am getting worried that this cycle will be delayed then the Christmas cut-off will mean it is called off.... if anyone has any experience I'd be really glad to hear it, thank you

Lots of exciting things happening. We’ve had lots of egg collections? Has anyone had a transfer yet?

After my moment the other day things turned out better. Didn’t manage to sort out work but one folly grew which is all I needed & we could go ahead. Procedure was today. On 2ww now. Here’s hoping.
