@Camfan1 midstream ones usually they say 5 seconds under midstream of pee in a bottle hold it in for 20secs I never pee on the stick as it goes everywhere an not where I want it lol.

@Pattaz2711 that’s my problem with them too lol I’ll try it in a bottle then I think! I’m not holding out much hope after negative as negative can be test yesterday though!

Hi all, hoping you are all well.

I am getting brown discharge today, exactly like I get about a week before AF. So I am concerned that this round has failed already at just 4 days post transfer. More than that though, it's like the embryo wouldn't have even had a chance to implant if the lining is already breaking down? Surely the cyclogest should be stopping this and giving the embryo a chance? I'm on 400 mg a day so I think this should be a high enough dose. I will speak to my clinic tomorrow.

My friend suggested implantation bleeding but I didn't have that with my late son so I don't think it's how my body reacts to implantation.

@Camfan1 it still might be to early you might have a late implementation. I always pee in a cup.. sending hugs hun

@camfan1 - I expect it's the same as most tests, pee on it for 5 secs and then read between 3-10mins.

@Georgina125 Thought I would chip in to say that I had implantation bleeding with my second pregnancy and not with any of the others (this one included). So I think every pregnancy is different. It could be a positive sign! I really hope it is. Seems early for it to be your period.

@Georgina125 my friend has had 3 children and only had implantation bleeding with her 3rd. Fingers crossed for you xx

@Everhopeful35 and @Camfan1 thank you. I guess time will tell. It does seem a bit early for AF but then again I do have severe endometriosis and my pre AF spotting can start over a week before the main event. I just would have thought that the cyclogest would control this. Time will tell, I suppose.

I got 19 eggs so 100% frozen transfer eerghhh im teying not to be gutted but I am.
And im on an injection and a tablet everyday to get the hormones out of me :(

Feeling sore and now anxious about the phone call tomorrow its lkke never ending stress ! X

19 eggs is great @Ails826 congratulations on getting egg collection out of the way! I know it's disappointing to have a freeze all but lots of women do better with frozen transfers. Good luck for your fertilisation call!

@elleceedee i feel like the physical part is done the part i felt was tje scariest and now we are back on to the emotional part ..
Iv seen on google people have had 16 eggs ans 0 fertilized and so im so a a xious

@Ails826 well done for EC! I know it's so stressful, it feels like as soon as one thing is done there's something new to worry about. There will always be extreme circumstances where things like that story happen, but 19 eggs gives you a really good shot! There will probably be a bit of a drop off for fertilisation, which is normal. Try and relax for the rest of today, you've earned it!

Anyone else on prognova, cyclogest and protogest and having serious mood swings? Ah feel so so annoyed today. Not sure how I’m going to manage at work! It hasn’t been as bad this round until today. Tearing my hair out. Another whole week till official test day and so worried it hasn’t worked and I’m taking these stupid hormones for no reason .

@Eggling yes thats what the nurse said about it she was like dont think the more eggs your going to have a football team in eggs haha

@Ails826 that's a really good number 19eggs well done. Yes be prepared for a drop but you have a really good shot was the ladies have said.. ivf is a stressful time. I had my egg collection 2 years ago. The fresh fail an I gave up for 2 years. Started a natural cycle couldnt track anything then start medication. Then lockdown happened 3 days before my transfer so had to stop an start again.. a lot of clinics don't even do fresh transfers now they fresh them to make sure your well after collection.

@BuffyFanForever yes I'm on them my mood swings are awful.. currently me an my partner are not talking.. am to be honest I feel less stressed 😂😂.. one min I'm all lovey dovey next thing I'm planning to bury him alive 😂🙈🙈.. (joking) but coming close 🤣.. hope this helps good luck with testing..

Hope everyone is ok today an had a lovely weekend.. I'm ringing to get bloods today everyone will be please to know 😂🙈.. me an hubby aren't talking. Been up since 5 this morning with stomach cramps. Was sick yesterday an oh was windy so you can imagine who that was... 😂🙈... my clothes rail looks amazing 😂😂😂.. as you can see my weekend went really well lol.. xxx

Heavier spotting today and slight cramping/back pain too. I really think I am out. I have let the clinic know what is happening as it really doesn't seem right for 4-5 days post transfer. If this is AF coming, they need to give better support for my lining going forward or there is no point continuing with the IVF as embryos can't implant in such conditions.

@Ails826 that’s a great number, and like the others have said try not to stress too much if that number decreases. It only takes one...😉

@Georgina125 what did the the clinic say? Could you do a test tomorrow or will that still be too early. I know some ladies on here have had faint lines 5dp5t

@Pattaz2711 Hope you get your blood test sorted. I’m hoping I can start my stims tomorrow after my first scan.

@Georgina125 you can get implantion bleeding.. you can get bleeding or spotting from the transfer like smear
Test.. A lot of the time it's implementation..
What meds are you on?

@HT2101 I left a message with the clinic so not sure what they will say yet. Probably to wait and see but I'm not confident from how I am feeling.

@pattaz2711 the bleeding is now red and fresh so won't be old stuff from the transfer. I'm 7 days from the test date and would probably still get a false positive from the trigger shot.

Everything looks and feels like AF.

@BuffyFanForever - they aren't the nicest! Keep your water intake up l, to help flush them through and eat sweets, I always think if in doubt eat!

@Pattaz2711 - I'm all good. Sorry to hear that you and your DP aren't talking, IVF is so stressful so don't beat yourself up. The cover will be useful for special outfit protection!

@Georgina125 - yes that is rather early but it could be a hematoma from the transfer.

I'm ok today, just got cramping and a bit of lower back pain - bloody progesterone!! DH has taken the day off today as well so even more putting my feet up.
I want to supervise him doing the lawn and putting the dirty dishes in the washing machine!

@Mrbay, @Pattaz2711 am doing great . 2dp5dt Bloated from the ultragestan+clexane+Lubion progesterone &counting days to Thursday testing. This morning had some jaw pain but I guess that’s from sleeping badly .

@Mrbay I had no cramping , most likely it’s the hatching taking place love.

@Pattaz2711 let us know how the test goes and hope you feel better today.

Hi ladies, I'm having a bit of a meltdown... had my latest HCG test this morning and my levels haven't doubled in 48 hours like they're supposed to. I was at 55 last Wednesday, 99 on Thursday, 216 on Saturday and today was 359. It should have been over 400. Clinic told me not to worry because it's still risen by more than 50%, and that's what they like to see but I'm freaking out and already convincing myself it's going to be a miscarriage 😔 @Ails826 Well done on getting 19 eggs, that's amazing. Sorry you have to freeze them but it's best to avoid OHSS - it's not nice! @Georgina125 I'm so sorry about the bleeding / AF signs - please let us know what your clinic says.
