It sounds like they are really on top of it at your clinic. I think your right about going straight into the IVF. I have had no investigations other than bloods and a scan at the start and Dave had a semen analysis. So I think when people have been trying for a certain length of time, and they qualify for funding, they must just go straight for it rather than waste more time and money on drugs. I honestly think that if it wasn't for COVID that we would have been referred for the IVF funding sooner.
I am feeling a little anxious, and I'm also worried about having to take last minute time off and pissing my boss off, but that's because I don't like upsetting people, but my boss is supportive so it's in my head really. Dave is over the moon, and we just smiled all day yesterday!
I have a friend that has been through IVF and had a successful pregnancy on her second transfer and now has a beautiful daughter. She had one hell of a nightmare time with it all, so it's nice to have someone to ask questions.
Yeah I think your right about the letrozole still in my system as I found a bit of a thickish lump in my left breast and the dr has referred me to the breast clinic. She thinks it's a side effect of the drugs and she wasn't concerned but thinks I should have it checked anyway.
I don't know whether to continue taking my supplements so I will ask at the appointment in September. How ironic it would be to fall pregnant before we start treatment.
Hope your having a lovely weekend, we have a tip run booked, so will be sorting through all of our crap today lol! Exciting times x
