@2fingers22018 yes it was a bit of a nightmare I wondered what was going on lol! I have 8 sleeps to go not that I’m counting 🙈. I also have my nurses appointment on Friday to go through my meds and plan again so I’ll be able to get hem delivered to my MIL while I’m away hopefully so they are waiting for me when I get back! Af is suppose to be next Tuesday but normally a week before I start getting sore boobs and bloated and don’t feel anything at the mo so not feeling hopeful that it will come on time which is a pain! Had a moment of sadness this morning as would of been 10weeks gone now! How are things with you are you just waiting on af noe so you can get going? Xx

@FinallytakingtheplungewithIVF oh im the same when im goin on hols gd uve got sumthin nice to focus on. That is sad i think its the milestones that will be tough makes u think what ifs, ive never had a miscarriage but had a chemical pregnancy very early on and the sec u see that +test u get excited. Yh im waitin on af to get started its not due for bout a fortnight so im just tryin my best to chill out and enjoy the calm before the storm lol

I've been reading the comments but just not felt I've had anything to say tbh.

I'm on cd10 so lots of scheduled dtd coming up. I'm not feeling at all hopeful. Just been reading about those soft cups or moon cups that you use for periods, so people have been using them after dtd to make sure no swimmers escape. Think I might look into it a bit more!

@FinallytakingtheplungewithIVF milestones are def really hard. We were at a wedding earlier this week and I had a few tears while getting dressed because I should've had a lovely bump by now 💔

So glad so many of you have appointments etc to aim for. Exciting times ahead 👍🏻 x

Quiet here also - downreg scan for me tomorrow and then hopefully starting my stimulation drugs. Thought I would feel worse than I actually have. Time goes soooo slowly during fertility treatment doesn’t it. Thinking of everyone

@2fingers22018 lol I’m terrible I’m like a kid when it comes to holidays I tell everyone on a daily basis how many sleeps I’ve got! My dd use to get excited about counting now she just rolls her eyes at me! Well hopefully it will help me be nice and relaxed for my next transfer! Lol I hate waiting though and once you start your constantly waiting to get to the next part! Xx

@squirrelnutkins1 nice to hear from you! Yes I have read about people using them for that aswell! I’ve seen a few people talk about drinking full fat milk is beneficial so I am drinking a glass a day I think it suppose to be more but will see how it goes! Oh it is hard isn’t it and it’s the little things that remind you and set you off it is hard at times xx

@squirrelnutkins1 keep ur chin up hun. R u still taking ur letrazole? Is that what is called sorry all these medical names scrambling my brains?

@FinallytakingtheplungewithIVF I've not read the milk one. Will have a look! If I'm not successful this cycle think I'll buy a moon cup, worth giving anything a shot isn't it!

@2fingers22018 yeah still on the Letrazole. This is my second month. Side effects haven't been as bad this time. Not sure if that means anything or not. It's hard not to read into every little thing isn't it! I'm quite spotty around my chin 🙄 I was the same the month we conceived so maybe that's a good sign.

I'm off for some more reflexology later. I wasn't going to bother again this month but my dad gave me some pennies so thought I'd treat myself. Even if I just relax a bit that'll help.

I'm cd32 expecting AF tomorrow and feel it coming. One more cycle then we go for IUI hopefully if they have capacity.

@squirrelnutkins1 ive literally gave up on symptom spotting and testing im just accepting the only way i ll ever get pregnant is through IVF if that even works. But ur in a different situation ur meds could work the spots are gd sign if u had them before whens af due? @veeboo ur not out yet its gd uve got the IUI to focus on its something to work towards but fx af doesnt show up for u

@FinallytakingtheplungewithIVF I bought some whole milk and DH thought it was his lucky day, he said I don't normally let him buy it 🤣 he did then say, let me guess, you read it on Mumsnet! Cheeky (but true!)

@veeboo thanks x reflexology went well. I don't necessarily believe it will help fertility wise but it's soooo relaxing! I was dozing on and off for the hour! Has AF arrived?

@2fingers22018 Thanks hun. You're one step closer now eh  yeah it could work, we'll see. last cycle was 30 days and previous 26 so my app has predicted 27th for AF. Can't blame you not symptom spotting or testing. So much stress and it's expensive!!

@squirrelnutkins1 my dh is the same but I only brought a 2pint so told him he has to keep his hands off it until I get more I am really enjoying it actually ( didn’t think I like full fat milk)! My dh also says that and then I point out if it bloody helps why not it can’t hurt it’s milk!
You sound a bit more chipper today did the reflexology help?

Yeah it was good. It's insanely relaxing. I don't think I drank enough last time afterwards so made sure I did this time and I feel ok. Like I say I don't necessarily believe it'll help but I think I need that bit of self care time.

@squirrelnutkins1 they are funny aren’t they! I keep saying I will look in to doing something like that or acupuncture but I just don’t know when I would fit it in! So am just drinking milk taking my vits and trying to lose the weight I put on while taking all the drugs! I am ok am just counting down the days till my hols I think we are in need of this before we start the next transfer and at least I will be relaxed from that ready to go! How much longer are you on the letrozole for? I’m sure you have said so sorry if you are repeating yourself! Xx

Hi everyone 👋 sorry for the radio silence. I got a bit stressed out tracking my cycle. I had reflexology at 10dpo and she was adamant that I wasn't pregnant and it sent me into a meltdown as we'd tried so hard with smep. But, by some miracle, I am pregnant, 4+4 today. So really early days and due to my last miscarriage I'm trying not to get too excited or ahead of myself. The epu have said they'll see me if I call at 6 weeks. It does mean that I've avoided the hysteroscopy, which I was not looking forward to! If this doesn't work out and I need it, I think I'll request general anesthetic. Hopefully I won't be having it.

So I really have thought hard about posting this but I also got a positive test in wednesday. Based on when I ovulated I think I am 4 weeks today so super early. I will be quiet on here but hope I can still follow. I am in a bit of shock.

Thank you. I was so worried. It's a bit like baby bombing isnt it and we know how we all feel about that! I will only mention it if something doesn't work out...hoping there will be a whole load of us over the next few months or so.
