Our old clomid thread is no longer allowing new comments, and it's taken me 24 hours and multiple failed comments to understand why - we filled it up So thought I'd start a new one...

@Jesskir89 that's reassuring thanks xx when we conceived naturally one test was 50 something and the next well over 140 something I think. I just want to wish the week away so I know either way now 🙈 x

@Marmite83 really excited to hear you are starting ivf. I've got everything crossed for you.

I'm currently 8 weeks along myself and having a viability scan tomorrow.

@fulanigirl I've not got my bfp yet, well I had one in March but had a mc. First month of Letrazole this month. How many rounds of Letrazole/clomide did you have before your bfp? Congrats 🎉

@squirrelnutkins1 sorry got confused! I was on Clomid for 4 months but I wouldn't say that's what helped my conceive. I've always ovulated and had chemical pregnancies so I didn't understand why they put me on it. It was when they started me on metformin 1500mg a day that did the trick for me.

@fulanigirl, I didn’t get my bfp yet either, I’ve over responded to clomid and having to stop TTC for a month.

I've ran out of OPKs and can't help but feel like this isn't our month 😩 we've dtd everyday as well x

@impatientmammy we dtd every other day and so did my friend and it worked for us maybe try this? They said if you do it every day the sperm isn't as strong. Just a thought x

@impatientmammy 🤞🏽 You just missed the surge on the 17th and that there’s gonna be a positive test and no more OPKs needed

@Goingbacktokansascity I'm so happy but at the same time trying not to get too excited in case anything bad happens. I’ve booked an early scan for 3 weeks time so have to keep everything crossed until then.
How are you? Sorry the OPKs don’t seem to be working x

@Jemstar33 I feel ok about it, I’m sort of just looking forward to next cycle I think and I’m going to try the inositol then too. Good idea with the early scan! Fingers and toes crossed

@Jesskir89 we normally do every other day so I thought I'd give this a go. My other half keeps saying we're not pregnant cause we havnt been trying hard enough 🙄 I little bit want to show him he's wrong but I'd gladly be wrong for a BFP.
@Goingbacktokansascity ooh I didn't think of that. It's so infuriating isn't it. I'd def recommend the clearblue ones if you haven't tried them already.

I only get 1 positive opk a month!.... Is anyone else in the same boat at me?

@HmBuddy they're only posative if it's as strong as of stronger than the controll line so you should only have one posative day x

@impatientmammy... Thanks. Before clomid i was so irregular I was hoping first round of it would give very noticeable difference. This I'll just have to wait and see (though its driving me mad)

I think I need to have a good night out where I dont think about it at all!

@HmBuddy the only one positive OPK is a good sign!

@goingbacktokansascity.... I hope so. Before the medication I only had a couple of months where an opk was positive

I've finally had my nhs appointment to get on the list for laparoscopy to unblock my tube and to do ovarian drilling. It was this morning and my surgery is a week today! No idea how that happened, but I'm really happy about it! I am celebrating with a milkshake and burger .
