Clomid - hoping for bfp's

My stats-

Age 39
Ttc #3
Irregular cycles
Clomid 100mg & Metformin 1000mg
Been trying for 12 months (6 on clomid)
Cd10

Bad hot flashes in the night, headaches in the morning.. no twinges yet this cycle.

Just finished my first cycle of 100mg. AF started today at CD 23..... anyone else noticed that clomid made cycles shorter or is this something I should worry about? X

Hi, I was having short cycles so mine increase,... the last two months have been 28 before I was anything from 18 -21 days. Hope this helps x

Hi @Justoneme I am on 50mg but my first cycle was 31 days and my second (current) is at 30 today so hoping it comes tomorrow and will make me more regular. Prior to clomid my cycles would range from 26-45 days. I have read on some boards where people have said it has made their cycles shorter and regulated them too.

Did your AF come?

@Justoneme yup it came 😔 it has also been heavier than usual but cramping hasn’t been too bad. I had a 30 day cycle in the end so am really hoping that I am going to start regular cycles. I have also stated doing my BBT and will start OV testing around day 6 for this cycle incase it happens early.

I started to test as soon as I finished my AF as we didn't want to miss it. Luckily my DH suggested we test twice a day as on day 8 in the morning nothing but in the evening boom it appeared ... Day 9 am was there but it had gone in the evening so I was only showing as O once in 24hours so it can be missed.

I am waiting to test ... will test Friday. AF is due a week today.

Oh I might try that then. I have brought 50 tests so should have enough 😂

Hi everyone! Hope you are all well?!?

I've come on here today as I'm stuck in limbo... currently on my 3rd cycle of clomid and on CD32 with no sign of AF. I have done 2 tests so far with both being BFN.

I OV'd on day 16 so am currently looking at being 15dpo. My last 2 cycles have been 30 and 31 days.

Anyone had anything similar and either had AF or got their BFP???

Oh well after yesterday's post the witch decided to arrive this morning once I got to work!

Onto next month we go......
