I read the BNP white paper on family law, before it was mysteriously deleted from their website.
To get a bit more on it, see here
They want to re-establish the man as the head of the household. This means giving men a "married man's allowance", and therefore taking away a woman's personal tax allowance. This would revert to the 50s when women effectively relied on the charity of men, and that was the best they could hope for.
They want to repeal legal anonymity for rape victims on the basis that men's lives are ruined by these "lying accusers".
They want to introduce the "blame-based divorce" whereby whoever is responsible for the end of a marriage gets the kids. As if anyone can ever truly pinpoint the reason a marriage goes wrong.
Needs of kids are not mentioned at all. Interestingly the example they give is if a woman is unfaithful to her husband then her children will be taken from her even if she is the primary caregiver. Because the man's need for "justice" is more important than the needs of the children.
In this section, the white paper states that the number of domestic violence reports is massively over-exaggerated and that most of them are part of a feminist conspiracy to do men down.
So, DP - are you sure you want to vote for the BNP?
