Are we just going for the head in the sand approach or are we going to get a pamphlet or something?

The ruskies also probably havent found our about balaclava'd knife wielding ebike riding "yutes".

We can probably stand an army of over half a million of those if my local area is anything to go by.

We just need to pay the yutes with a pair of nike trainers, a bag of weed and a bottle of Prime.

😂

Why was he not allowed to join NATO.
If he agreed to the terms the same as other countries, what was the issue with not letting him join .

I suspect the US west didn't want to antagonise China.

There's also the rubiks cube of the middle east to consider. If you know where Russias borders lie.

Simply, NATO will not admit countries in an active conflict, for one. They don’t actually want to get dragged into a war, and especially not on that has the potential to go nuclear.

There’s also the economic impact on the current NATO countries, and the ‘knock on’ consequences in terms of home and foreign policies.

Ukraine doesn’t meet another main requirement for joining NATO - even outside of Russian influence, it’s got a big corruption problem. Organized crime has significant power over Ukraine’s government.
