I think most of us completely understand why they're rioting, it's because they're thugs with a psychotic hatred of anyone that they see as foreign, they've quite happily swallowed all the bullshit from Farage and co and decided that immigrants are the cause of everything that's wrong in this country, they all need to look in the mirror in my opinion and put their own house in order first

Twitter is part of the cause of this. Go get your content from actual journalists who properly check for misinformation before they publish stuff.

If the videos are genuine, then provide a credible, verifiable source. Otherwise it's just fake news like so much of the other shit that the far right is putting out at the moment.

No, people just want to stay on topic and focus on the issue under discussion. Not a load of irrelevant whataboutery that you seem to believe will support your agenda.

Right now we have established that:

• You're not a thick racist thug, (and for the avoidance of doubt, nor am I),
• And that the summer heat is a trigger
• And we can safely assume that all the aforementioned Thugs are not going to die off in the next decade or so
• And, that being thick they're unlikely to see the light

How are we as a society going to stop this happening next time it's hot?

You think you're being clever, but you're not. People post videos of what they are witnessing on the streets. The videos are very clearly not faked. The narrative that the protests are entirely made up by far right thugs is as far from the truth as the narrative that all gender critical women are right-wing bigots, a narrative which credible, verifiable sources are constantly happy to promote.

Tackling misinformation on SM would be a good starting point.

Go and do some research on harehills away from Twatter, and then explain how that scenario is equivalent to a nationally orchestrated serious of riots, being facilitated online with people travelling in, possibly with input from hostile foreign states.
