I think other than security I'd assume not, and if required the queen or Charles will pay privately. Meghan was already a multi millionaire when she married him, her net worth was huge due to thr fact suits went global. Harry is also very wealthy due to his mother.

Clearly that's what the six weeks off was for, to make sure they were making the right decision, clearly they have decided they have.

Security is expensive though, and I think either Charles or the queen will pay privately for it, for as long as required, ie till they feel the family is safe.
