I did find this:
Special Agent Robert W Weaver of the New York Electronic Crimes Task Force ? Statement to House Committee on Science, June 24th 2002
Weaver: ?We lost Craig Miller, an employee that we still can?t find. His body has never been recovered. People here are still grief stricken.?
So if his body was never recovered, how can it possibly be true that his body was found in WTC7?

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE APRIL 29, 2002
PUB 12-02
MEMBERS OF CONGRESS TO PRESENT COMMENDATION TO NEW YORK
FIELD OFFICE FOR ACTIONS ON SEPTEMBER 11TH
NEW YORK, NY ? On Tuesday, April 30, 2002, the New York Field Office of the
United States Secret Service will be presented with a congressional resolution
commending their actions on September 11, 2001 in the wake of terrorist attacks on the
World Trade Center.
Rep. Ernest Istook (R-Okla.), Rep. Steny Hoyer (D-Md.), Rep. Steven Rothman (D-NJ)
and Rep. John Sweeney (R- NY) will be joined by United States Secret Service Director
Brian L. Stafford and United States Customs Service Commissioner Robert C. Bonner as
they present a copy of House Resolution 384 (H.R. 384) to members of the New York
Field Office.
H.R. 384, passed by the U.S House of Representatives on Tuesday, April 23, honors the
men and women of the New York Field Office for their extraordinary performance and
commitment to service during and immediately following the terrorist attacks on the
World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.
?The New York Field Office lost their office, and a colleague, on September 11th. But
they never lost their focus or their determination to do what they could to help their
fellow employees, and the citizens of New York,? Director Stafford said. ?I am honored
that Congress has recognized the exceptional efforts of the New York Field Office.?
The Secret Service New York Field Office was located in 7 World Trade Center, which,
along with Towers 1 and 2, collapsed following the terrorist attacks. One employee,
Master Special Officer Craig Miller, died during the rescue efforts. Miller was
temporarily assigned to New York in preparation for the United Nations General
Assembly. Following the attacks, Secret Service employees were some of the first to
respond with first aid trauma kits. Special agents assisted local fire and police rescue in
establishing triage areas and helping evacuate people from the Towers.

Again, not in WTC7, but helping with the rescue attempts in the main buildings.
