Girl at work has just announced that there is a warrant out for his arrest and that he is on the run!

Northerner · 19/11/2003 15:13

The plot thickens!

pie · 19/11/2003 15:13

oliveoil, looks like your colleage was right . Which if this is true is totally the dumbest thing I have ever heard off, like no one would recognise him?????

Unless that plastic face is like one of those 'wots her face' where you can change features.

katierocket · 19/11/2003 15:15

here you go
warrant issued for jacksons arrest

katierocket · 19/11/2003 15:15

beat me too it pie!

oliveoil · 19/11/2003 15:17

Hope he took his make up bag with him.

doormat · 19/11/2003 15:44

Over the baby dangling if it was a normal man on the street he would of been arrested and charged with child endangerment and probably never see his child/children again unless with supervised access.

No but because he is who he is, he gets away with it.

Sorry but he is a weirdo, sick and if paedophile rumpours are true, he should be locked up and never be near another child again.

doormat · 19/11/2003 15:44

I hope he doesnt go anywhere hot coz he would melt.

oliveoil · 19/11/2003 15:50

Like the wicked witch 'I'm melting awayyyyyyyyyy'

doormat · 19/11/2003 15:52

oliveoil · 19/11/2003 15:54

doormat · 19/11/2003 15:57

hooray so I am not the only one that cant be arsed

aloha · 19/11/2003 16:15

Ooh! I have a stalker! How glamorous and exciting

Agree the families of those who let their kids sleep with MJ are seriously strange and clearly opportunistic...

tomps · 20/11/2003 14:07

I found it interesting that a woman on the radio this morning was defending MJ because he lives in a different world from the rest of us and therefore is different from the rest of us and should be judged by different rules. Er, does that mean we should cut a bit more slack for Saddam Hussein (etc etc) who obviously lives in a different world from most of us too ?

tomps · 20/11/2003 14:09

And even his very good friend Uri Geller said that as a parent no, he wouldn't allow his kids to sleep over at MJ's house. And he's a 'friend' !!!

GeorginaA · 20/11/2003 14:11

Anyone think that he won't turn himself in but will be found somewhere having committed suicide? I just don't see him as being strong enough to go through the trial (and certainly not go to jail).

Tinker · 20/11/2003 14:13

He does certainly appear to live in this nonsense world that completely revolves around himself. Liked the jaded 50ish police bloke last night who, when accused of arresting MJ in order to thwart the release of his new album, said 'like we look like the kind of people who listen to his records' (I'm paraphrasing)

Northerner · 20/11/2003 14:13

Funny that Georgina the same thought has crossed my mind. I don't think he's even strong enough to cope with police questioning.

Tinker · 20/11/2003 14:14

Had crossed my mind as well GeorginaA. But that would be awful, he'd almost become beatified by his fans then.

doormat · 20/11/2003 14:14

Georgina i thought that last night.
He is ruined.

nerdgirl · 20/11/2003 14:16

Apparently Mr Brian Oxman, who was lawyer for the Jackson family for years but is not representing the singer in this case, said that MJ and lawyer Mr Mark Geragos were "working on the timing of the surrender". Whatever that means!

FairyMum · 20/11/2003 14:22

What will happen to his face if he goes to prison? Surely he needs daily access to his plastic surgeons to keep his face on? Do you think his children will now be taken away from him ?

musica · 20/11/2003 14:23

I thought that too Georgina!

Northerner · 20/11/2003 14:33

Wonder who will have his kids? I don't think the mother is involved at all.

suzywong · 20/11/2003 14:45

I think the whole thing may have a yet more hideous layer underneath - MJ is surrounded by yes men and women who kno whe would take the spotlight for anything that happened. Perhaps Neverland has been the centre of a ring of abuse .. I can't believe not one employee would raise the alarm unless they were all in on it.
Sorry to be so sordid but, nuts as he so clearly is, 5 cannot believe he was operating in a vacuum and that not one person around him was brave enough to say 'stop' - to all his nonsense not just the abuse allegations.
