Morning!

Ali, I never flush when out and about, just stick in wetbag and wait to get home. It always escaped from paper liners for us anyway.
If you do want more fleece liners, I highly recommend buying some fleece and cutting yourself. I got about 36 from a piece that cost £4.99.

Hope your cold starts clearing Trinity.

Alibabaandthe40nappies · 11/02/2010 09:58

Morning everyone

Avril - glad you are happy with how DD's appointment went, sounds positive

Kansasmum - at poo, what a nightmare!

HMHB - that is a shame about baby massage, I did it with DS and it was lovely - only 6 in the group though which I think was the key.

Back with a list in a while, need to take DH to the station.

HalfMumHalfBiscuit · 11/02/2010 09:59

knickers

TrinityIsFallingApart · 11/02/2010 10:02

I know
because the kids have a child protection worker all the school etc that the kids go to know this and have certain things that they are told to report to my child protection worker

so if gecko gets dressed herself and forgets knickers they phone and tell my protection officer and then she has to come and see me

pointless extra work for her when she is doing so much for us already

so I'm making sure now

ToccataAndFudge · 11/02/2010 10:04

oh bless - if it's anything ilke the "I've got myself dressed" brigade in this house must be a nightmare when they've forgotten their knickers and you have to make them undress again to put them on

Morning, sorry about all the poorly people, wishing you all a speedy recovery.

Had words with H again this morning . He turned up to take dd to preschool without us having arranged it. Not really a biggie but 1) I don't like him turning up unannounced and 2) the morning school run is usually a good chatting opportunity with other mums and I have no other life

(and at what point can I start callng him exh? Do we have to be divorced or is being separated enough? Am not au fait with the terminology!)

All up, dressed, breakfasted - DONE
Washing up - DONE
Wipe kitchen sides and dining table ? DONE
DD to preschool - DONE
Strip my bed - DONE
Load of washing in ? DONE
Load of washing hung up ?
Pick up stuff from under sofas -
Hoover downstairs ?
Mop downstairs ?
Recycling pile into box ?
Look for boots ?
Clean loo ?
Clean sink-
Try to de-limescale taps-
DD from preschool -
Lunch ?
Toddlers ?
Shop for crème fraiche -
EXERCISE ?
DRINK MORE (not alcohol!) ?
Ironing -
Clean clothes away ?
Remake my bed -
Cook dinner ?
Wash up -

But first

Change nickname

TrinityIsFallingApart · 11/02/2010 10:11

oh god yes!!
it is a nightmare so now I try and keep close to her so if she starts getting dressed I can throw knickers at her and not have to do the underssing thing

some morning she wants me to dress her anyway but more often than not she wants to fly solo

sometimes she remembers on her own

its a good job that back to front or inside out doesn't need a phonecall

HalfMumHalfBiscuit · 11/02/2010 10:15

Ali - I did it with DS and it was a lovely little group but this time they are all bugging me going on about buying Annabel Karmel blenders etc. Why? It's a poor area and most people can't afford such stuff. Have an amusing story about it if people interested.

Thursday - pasta bake/bolognaise
Friday - er? pizza?
