November Slatterns/Listmakers - one year on and still taking baby steps.........

Yes - Slatterns (now Slatterns and Listmakers) is now a year old.

Come and join us if you're a slattern, or simply like making lists for jobs you want to get done each day/week/month.

Never thought 12 months ago that a thread I started to help me get the bare minimum done at home when I was feeling shite would still be going strong 12 months later - even with me frequently AWOL in recent months.

Everyone is welcome, we're a friendly bunch.

Evening!

That's good CC, is she more herself now?

Plum - for you!

Ali, it's such a relief, he'd been getting better at sleeping in the summer, but then being ill and the move really messed the sleep up. Six/seven hours straight through (really should go to bed earlier!) has been a blessing.

How'd it go Clairey?

I had a fab time walking around the market earlier, Doncaster food market is fab. DS fell asleep though, so not as toddler-mind-stimulating as I'd have liked, but I feel inspired to cook more interesting things.

Oh JKS think you should ring practice manager and ask why you were left waiting etc

And well done with the DLA hope your luck rubs off on to me

Well I went to the doctors on Friday afternoon and was told all the stuff was already for me(that was quick) and dd1s notes are now twice as thick!
And I noticed that there was a letter in the notes from appeals stamped by the docs in October so the notes had been requested [grr]

Decided not to complain, am I a total walkover?

CC glad your mum is getting out, hope she gets better soon

HMHB hope dd is not too sick and also gets better soon

Waves to Ali, Wasting & CWWM

No rainbowdrops again hope its just her broadband broke again

I haven't read through yet, will try later

Was DD's 2nd birthday yesterday and we had a party in a hall. Went really well but i don't seem to have stopped for the last few days and i am shattered (also may have a slight sugar hangover )

I should really make a list, my dad and his gf are coming for dinner this evening but really not feeling particularly inspired atm, will try to come back later.

Have a good day all
