I went to the bank this morning with my bags of coins, Halifax only take 5 bags,

anyway seem to have done nothing else today and have MIL calling after work, so need to atleast put the ironing away from kitchen worktop

JustBeBuffy · 08/10/2009 16:33

Pumpkin - that's nuts about the bank!

Clairey - watch out, that yoga is looking more likely

Alice - love the cat naming. in years to come people will ask where the names is from and will nod sagely when you make up whatever story you fancy....

Spent most of the day at the benefits office as they are stopping payments because I stopped being self employed?!?!?! Have given them all the paperwork they want, it might be sorted in about a fortnight, but we get nothing til then. The delightful woman dealing with the 39 week pregnant woman sobbing over how to feed her children actually told me "not to get upset" .

My mum is rescuing us (I'm meant to be a bloody grown up and my mum has to bail us out )

FlameWithTooManyHormones · 08/10/2009 18:00

Place is in no fit state for homebirth... thinking nesting will kick back in during labour and we can get vaguely straight before m/w arrives .

JustBeBuffy · 08/10/2009 18:11

Oh dear Flame - all this benefits stuff not needed for you right now. and as for the woman, grrr.
Lol at nesting in labour though!

Ali - i know!! the stupid thing is it works, just not quite as i want, and the instructions are in gobbledygook.

HalfMumHalfBiscuit · 08/10/2009 20:18

Flame - Sounds really annoying. Its hard to stay in control when these people wind you up (esp with the hormones). Hope the benefits get sorted soon. Don't forget child tax credits too. They chop and change with us so I'm not expecting much off them. Ended up paying them this year as was working full time.
