Morning everyone

JKS Pull yourself together woman!! (is that better? )

I am grrrrr at DH this morning. I have been up since 6.30 and have run around like a blue arsed fly getting stuff done and feeding and entertaining DD and he has only just got himself downstairs. And when he gets down does he say how good it is for his dad? No! He makes his coffee then goes to the bookshelf and starts flicking through a book!! WTF!!!!!! AAARRRRGGGHHHH

Ok, feel better now

FlameWithTooManyHormones · 08/10/2009 07:53

Yay for J's racing.

Grr for duvet stealing husbands (have one of them too).

I have a pulled muscle down one side of bump, still random pains and tightenings, and I swear it is going to just fall out through the skin soon due to heaviness - I don't ever recall this feeling of wanting a giant sling to support the other bumps

You are only allowed your baby one day before me

TO DO
Clean Downstairs loo
Clean Hall
Hoover
Clean Sitting Room
Clean Tv stand
Dust Mantlepiece
Clean Kitchen/Dining Area

HalfMumHalfBiscuit · 08/10/2009 10:04

Ladies - defo no sign of labour.

I pulled a muscle like that Flame. I was told to not walk about, pick up children etc. and lie on the side that hurt (if you can set yourself up on the sofa with drinks / tea and tv remote and lots of cusions and no DC's jumping on you etc). It took a couple of days of rest/not walking about so much for mine to feel better. Hope it feels better soon.

I find the most odd feeling is when you turn over in bed and can feel the baby moving from one side to the other. Also love it when you wake up and forget you are pg.

All hell broke loose yesterday when DS's friend came round (with his mum thankfully). They were both a bit tired and did lots of arguing. My friend brought us the ikea drawers for DS's room. DH was busy fixing them to the wall and went to get his drill when DS ran and jumped on the non-fixed unit which fell on him. Fortunately it was just the empty unit with no drawers in and he made a lucky escape by it landing over the top of him but lots of crying and a poorly arm. I was sat next to him folding baby clothes and got the shock of my life .

Rest of evening spent moving furniture about upstairs (DH). And me trying to move clothes / toys etc. Exhausting!

Morning ladies

Flame

Alice - gah I would have punched him I think! Reminds me of the first time DH's Dad came to visit after we'd moved in together. I was busy rushing round tidying and cleaning the house, DH popped to the supermarket for a few bits we needed and was gone aaaaages. His Dad arrived before he came home, with me still sweeping the kitchen floor. DH had been to the CARWASH!!! because he wanted his Dad to see his new car all shiny. I was so bloody furious, 'tis a wonder that our relationship survived!
