I am getting there with the wardrobes! Have got a huge pile for charity, another for the bin and I've cleared out a whole underbed drawer that had my clothes in aswell
DS has been 'helping' me though, so the room looks like a bombsite. Does anyone have any tips for keeping toddlers out of wastepaper baskets?
I think it's going to take me another couple of hours at least to get everything properly organised so some of the other jobs may need to wait until tomorrow.

dh is off to England tomorrow, so I need to be superorganised as have ds parent teacher meeting

I don't know where the time has gone today, I have been to the shops and as it is half term and had all the DC in tow it took me twice as long!! Also I have had 2 friends visit luckily they helped with lunch and the clearing up!!

ali Well done on the wardrobe sorting!! I didn't realsie viruses could stay in your system that long, I was given antibiotics for tonsilitus (sp?) on the 5th Oct and was feeling rough for at least 10 days before that and I am still not feeling 100%. It maybe due to my thyroid function because apparently infection can upset you thyroid gland.

plum I haven't made a cake in ages, although I will be making DS3 ist birthday cake later in the week.

norks I will email you for your master plan. I did write out a housekeeping routine but I haven't stuck to it, maybe yours will work better for me!

I will have a list on here early tomorrow I promise!! If you don't find a list from me send out a search party or the cleaning police

Seriously losing the will to live now with all these bl**dy clothes everywhere. I've had to stop for a cup of tea and a bagel to fortify myself - DS is in bed thank God!
Need to do some other jobs and then go and hoover up there before I start unloading the airing cupboard full of clothes into the wardrobes. I am contemplating takeaway for dinner.

JKS - that reminds me, I really really need to go and clean the insides of the car windows and windscreen, they are all smeary - if that's a word!!

x-posts Rainbow. It sounds like you've got some kind of general virual thing that's been going on for ages, and then the tonsilitus came on top of it - yuck! Don't push yourself too hard. I had one of these about 3 years ago and I felt drained for months. I took a B vitamin supplement which I found really helped me to get back to feeling like myself again, did your GP recommend anything to you?

Norks, I also find that one outing takes up most of day, must be even more the case with 2.

Mumof2Rugrats, Cafe Rouge was not near you, I am in Essex. But there are a few dotted around & I love them - French food, a bit posh but not overly so & best of all can pay with Tesco clubcard vouchers so feels like free meal out!

But I am getting there, and then it will never get into such a mess again. Floordrobes and chairdrobes are a thing of the past in this house

My GP didn't mention anything to help me feel better, I have been considering taking a multi vitamin, Why did you take vitamin B?, I don't know much about vitamins, I just try to have a balanced diet. I feel at little bit more energetic today, I keep getting hot flushes though.

HMHB Are you half zombie because it's nearly halloween or because you have a newborn? I was zombiefied when mine were newborn!! Although it sounds like you are doing great!! How has your DS taken to DD?

Thanks Rainbow . Glad you're feeling a bit better. Vitamin B is good for your immune system and metabolism - helps you get more energy from you food. I think it can also help prevent anemia (sp??)
