ok I'm back after another 2 day absence.

Need to keep myself busy this afternoon while DH is at 3hr selection thing for a job.

Need to make a list - but not sure what to put on it that I'm realistically going to do.

RainbowDrops · 11/09/2009 13:17

Hi everyone and welcome mumof2rugrats

I always work quicker with music on in the background, DC do not appreciate my singing and embarassing dancing though, especially DS1 who is a teenager now and finds everything I do embarassing

I'm not doing a list today, DS3 was unsettled in the night and woke with a temperature and he is being very clingy, he is sleeping now, he wouldn't go in his cot so I let him fall asleep on my chest and then tucked him up on a quilt on the living room floor, he looks so peaceful. We are supposed to all be going to Pizza Hut for a family meal for my brother, 18 today, this evening, I'll have to see how DS3 is later and then decide whether we should go or not.

always I put things down on my list that have to be done in order to survive, like eating for example.

Have a good day all!!

alwayslookingforanswers · 11/09/2009 13:19

oh I know how to do the lists

It's jsut I can't concentrate

PlumBumMum · 11/09/2009 13:27

strip dd2s bed 1st ever accident dd1 gave her a big HSM bottle of juice last night just before bedtime because dd2 told her she wanted it
I wasn't impressed but poor thing still did loads in the potty so she must have been really busting!

dd1 is getting abit of an attitude, well not so much attitude but 'I think I'm older than I actually am' thing going on the last couple of days, its starting to get on my nerves abit[grrr]

Morning

HMHB - what are the options with shoes? Black would be fine, or coloured ones.

Will be back with a list in a bit, having a lazy morning and DH is making bacon sarnies. Yum!

NaughtyAlice · 12/09/2009 10:57

Good morning ladies

We are getting our kitten today!!!!
Not really going to do a list because i really can't be arsed am munching my way through some pik n mix

HMHB lots of people wear black to a wedding. If you had let me know a week or so ago i could have leant you a maternity dress that i got to wear to a wedding. It is amethyst with little flowers on, kimono sleeves and a deep v neck. About knee length on ordinary height people. pretty and although a synthetic fabric is very breathable and cool. Not that it helps as the wedding is today and you are over the other side of the country Have a gret time

HalfMumHalfBiscuit · 12/09/2009 11:18

Thanks Alice. Maternity dress hunts for weddings are a nightmare. Found one in topshop that looks ok. Hope not too hot in this sun!

Ali - I think I am going to wear silver sandals on account of it being such lovely weather (will also take back up wedges if feeling uncomfortable!)

Alibabaandthe40nappies · 12/09/2009 11:38

Silver sandals sounds lovely, have a great time!
